Title: all of which leave me feeling all day like I’m wearing mascara
Review: I’ve been wanting a proper smudgeproof, waterproof mascara for ages. I tried cheap ones and an expensive one from Bobby Brown, all of which leave me feeling all day like I’m wearing mascara, which makes my eyes feel uncomfortable, and with dark smudges underneath my eyes. So I wouldn’t bother wearing it much. Then I came across these tubing mascaras – I did use one for a while back when I got married, but I’d forgotten all about it, couldn’t remember the name, and didn’t know tubing mascaras were a ‘thing’. Anyway, I decided to splash out on this and see. It’s great. I have fine sparse lashes and the fine brush is perfect for accurate application (I find fat applicators always get mascara on my lids if I’m not extra careful). It dries fairly quickly, a few minutes, and then you can blink hard, touch your lashes, even rub your eyes gently, and it won’t smudge! After a while, I lose any sensation of even wearing mascara, which is great. It lasts all day. You can build up extra layers if you wait for the previous layer to dry, but I’ve only done a couple of layers, as I like a natural look, so I don’t know how thick you could get it. It doesn’t clump. I even went to bed one night when it was late and I couldn’t be bothered to wash it off – mostly gone in the morning, but no smudging on me or the pillow! Washing off can be a little awkward until you get the hang of it. Essentially the ‘tubes’ need to come away from the base of the eyelash and then they just slide off. So keep your eyes closed, and gently wash with water, wiping with your hands downwards over and over. It looks like your eyelashes are coming off, but it’s just the tubes.

Title: It doesn’t smudge in hot weather, on oily lids or face.
Review: This is the only mascara that doesn’t melt or smudge around my eyes, no matter how long it is on, whatever I do. I don’t have to worry about panda eyes when using it. However, it doesn’t give much volume or curls. It simply darkens the lashes or defines them, and that is enough effect for me, so I only use this now if I would use mascara. It only comes off with warm water.

Title: Best mascara I’ve ever bought!
Review: At 47 years old I’ve tried lots of mascaras and have mainly been a Lancome fan, however I wanted to try these ‘clean’ mascaras that you can remove with warm water so I purchased a VB one at over twice the price of the DHC one only to be very disappointed as it went on really clumpy. During lockdown I had chance to watch some You Tube vids and a lot of make up artists were recommending this mascara so I thought I’d give it a go and I think it’s absolutely fantastic! I can thoroughly recommend it if you want a defined look, the wand is easy to use and gets every one of my lashes and it comes off easily with a cloth and warm water it doesn’t smudge, flake or budge. Maybe for evening I might stick with a ‘thicker’ mascara on my top lashes and use this on my lower lashes but certainly for daytime it gives a really pretty fluttery look.

Title: Great for short, thin lashes
Review: I had been using Clinque lash power and didnt even know it was a ‘tubing’ mascara. I just knew it lasted, didnt smudge and the brush was nice and thin. I found this when looking for a cheaper alternative.The mascara itself is very good, not quite as good as clinique as it does crumble a bit more, but good enough. The brush is what I was looking for. It wont suit everyone but I have quite thin, short lashes so I need a soft narrow and straight brush that I can get right to the roots without poking myself in the eye or printing on my eye lids! This does the job perfectly. It’s not quite as nice as the clinique narrow brush but good enough.All in all I will continue to buy this as long as it remains substantially cheaper than clinique. The first time I bought on Amazon it was around £13 which is a reasonable price. The next time it had gone up to £15.90 and at the time of writing the Clinique is £19 on Amazon, so not much of a saving any more! Judging by the container, brush and mascara itself it doesnt feel like quite a premium quality brand so I do think it’s a little over priced.

Title: Brilliant mascara 5⭐️
Review: WOW! Been using for a few days now. I am very impressed, absolutely no dropping bits, no smudging nothing! Of all the mascara I’ve used over the years (I’m nearly 70) it is by far the best. It’s an excellent price, quite small handy tube, very good brush that easily picks up all the lashes. Have worn all day from morning till night and still not even a tiny bit under my eyes. I even forgot I was wearing mascara & rubbed my eyes, when I checked to see how I looked it was all still fine, no crumbling or dropping. It’s easy to remove, I use my regular cleanser and a bamboo face cloth and warm water. No evidence of remaining product, or even next morning no bits of mascara can be found. I wold definitely recommend this mascara. It’s my first tubing mascara and I wish I’d found this fab product years ago. Definitely 5⭐️ from me!

Title: Not so impressed
Review: Not over the moon about this product. I purchased this based on the mention by Emma Watson recently stating that this was a fabulous product. I found the mascara to be very thin and ‘barely there’. It is waterproof and does only seem to come off with warm water but it’s not very nice. I would say this is a good product if you already have great lashes that just need a light coat of mascara and if you are very sensitive to cleansers and really need to have a mascara that does come off with warm water.

Review: J’étais un peu sceptique en achetant ce mascara pour la première fois. Mais étant une grande fan de l’huile démaquillante DHC, j’ai voulu faire un test. Maintenant je suis totalement convaincue. Le prix reste abordable, ce mascara ne fait pas de paquets ( contrairement à un grand nombre de mascaras de luxe que j’ai pu tester durant ces dernières années). Il redessine joliment les cils tout en les allongeant. Je recommande !

Review: Llevo 1 mes usándola a diario y ha cumplido mis espectativas. Levanta, define y también alarga un poco, con un resultado bastante natural y sin acartonar demasiado. Se aplica fácil, sin pegotes. Me dura todo el día sin correrse. Se va fácil pero hay que usar agua TIBIA (con discos de algodón o al grifo con los dedos…). Se desprende en trocitos, no mancha de negro. Perfecta si te gusta usar rímel en la playa. El bote es más pequeño de lo habitual para un rímel.

Review: Bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Produkt. Die Bürste ist (endlich mal) schmal genug um wirklich nur die Wimpern zu färben und nicht die Umgebung. Die Farbe hält sehr gut und auch wirklich bis zum Abschminken. Sie hat eine leicht latexartige Konsistenz, verklebt aber die Wimpern nicht und lässt die Wimpern grade deswegen auch nicht brechen, vorausgesetzt man geht wirklich nur ein, max. zweimal mit der Bürste über die Wimpern (öfter ist bei dieser Farbe auch nicht nötig). Somit gibt es auch kein späteres Krümeln, was ich als Kontaktlinsenträgerin sehr begrüße.Abschminken erfordert etwas Zeit, da dieser Mascara wirklich extrem gut hält. Man muss die Wimpernreihe tatsächlich mit einem Wattepad zwischen die Finger nehmen und die Farbe vorsichtig abziehen. Wenn man den Kniff raus hat geht das aber sehr gut und fix.
