Title: Great for many purposes
Review: It’s not only good for macaroons but for other cookies and sweets. I like using it for French meringue coockies. It’s super easy to clean, I just run it under water. The bakery doesn’t stick to it.The size though is a bit bigger than the biggest tray I have.

Review: L’avevo comprato perché io faccio spesso i macarons a casa ma la grandezza non veniva mai come dicevo io quindi pensavo che con questo tappetino avrei risolto il problema invece li ho fatti per due volte e li ho dovuti buttare tutti perché non si cuoce bene il sotto e quindi poi non si staccano! Una delusione
