Review: I love this! I had a serious damp problem living in an old building but the damp smell has gone, I genuinely breath better and my laundry is dry in half a day (bed sheets too!!). Title: Damp protection
Review: This dehumidifier has helped me in my constant battle against dampness and mold was becoming exhausting and damaging to my furniture and health. Its 2.5L water tank capacity is perfect for my small bedroom. I no longer have to constantly empty the tank, as it can hold a good amount of water before needing to be drained. The child lock feature also gives me peace of mind, knowing that my little ones won’t accidentally change the settings. Now I can easily dry my clothes inside during the rainy season without worrying about them getting musty. The sleep mode is another great addition, as it reduces the noise level and saves energy while I sleep.The 24-hour timer and humidity display and control are also very convenient. I can set the timer to turn off the dehumidifier after a certain time, and the humidity control feature ensures that my home stays at the perfect moisture level. The energy efficiency of this dehumidifier is also worth mentioning. It uses an electric compressor but is still very efficient, consuming less power than other dehumidifiers I have used in the past.The only downside I have noticed is that it can be a bit noisy on the highest setting, but that is a small sacrifice for its overall effectiveness.

Title: Shockingly bad.
Review: Very basic machine.Build quality is low.Instructions are poor.Touch sensitive controls are poor. It can take numerous attempts to register the press.The timer function simply does not work. The instructions concerning its use are laughably incomprehensible and meaningless.It claims it uses ultra-quiet technology. It does not. It is actually rather noisy. Anyone who claims this is quiet needs to get their hearing tested.It claims there is a sleep mode. There is not. There are two power levels. You will not sleep with either of them because it is too noisy.It is not very effective. I tried it in a bedroom, and it stated the humidity was 77%. I left it on all day and the humidity reduced to 73%. Very unimpressive. I tried it with some damp clothes, and it hardly had any impact on the speed of drying.After two days it stopped working completely.Utter, utter, junk, that should be avoided.Very unimpressive.I do not recommend this item.

Title: Compact dehumidifier, but limited by small water tank and unresponsive buttons
Review: This is a fairly compact dehumidifier suitable for small to medium enclosed rooms. It’s not too heavy (and can be lifted up by hand), but helpfully rolls around easily on castors which makes it easy to move around.There are two speed modes (the difference seems to be the speed of the fan – the faster also being noisier). It’s not whisper quiet – and perhaps comparable to an air conditioning unit – you will notice when it’s on. But I found I could tune out the white noise after getting used to it if it was in the same room as me.There is a countdown shutoff feature (configurable in one-hour increments up to 24 hours) so you can stop it running all night to save energy, and there’s a setting to turn off the dehumidifier when a configurable humidity level was reached. I also liked that there was a (hand-washable) mesh that helps remove lint or dust from the air. But this will only catch larger bits of floating dust and hair, not fine particles.However there were a few areas that the humidifier fell short. Whilst you can set the timer for up to 24 hours, you’d need to use the continuous-draining tube otherwise the small 2.5l water container will fill up and shut off after about 5 hours. Further, I found the included 60cm continuous draining tube quite short. I was using this in the utility room to try to speed drying laundry and needed to lift the humidifier onto the tabletop to get it to drain into the sink.. The tube is gravity-fed so the drain needs to be below the unit. Also note that the cable is relatively short (about 1.5m) so will need to be near a plug socket.I also found it frustrating that the fan angle wasn’t adjustable – it sucks in from the side and blasts air straight up. Yes, it still reduces moisture from the air, but I would have liked to have been able to aim the fan against the clothes. Also frustrating were the control buttons; they were unresponsive, requiring repeated firm presses to get the intended button to register.Overall this is a fairly compact dehumidifier, useful for small rooms. But the small water tank, unresponsive buttons and short draining tube limit the opportunities for real use in the home. If you can get over the buttons and short draining tube, then this does effectively dehumidify. But low capacity does severely limit its appeal
