Review: Neutrogena deep clean is the best for taking off your makeup and regular mascara. I have not tried it with waterproof because I don’t wear that but in the past I’ve tried other different face wash and I go back to this one every time because I just love it so much! It does have very good soap suds and it takes off my make up and makes my face feel, refreshed and clean! I can’t say enough about this product
