Review: Perfectly fine jigsaw, reasonably hard as very similar patterns and colours spread throughout. Does appear AI generated/assisted, as not many octopus have this many tentacles, and those they do have tend to be attached to their body. But recommended.

Title: oh dear, life sappingly bad
Review: Thought this would be fun and challenging, was going along nicely until we had about 250 pieces left then slowed down to a life sapping chore. It was raining today and we couldn’t bring ourselves to do anymore and I was determined not to give up on this one, but I would rather watch a piece of fruit rot in real time than do anymore of this dirge. As others have said the pieces are all similar, the pictures supplied are no bigger than the box so working out where the pieces were likely to go was incredibly dull. When you have to resort to a magnifying glass and are placing one piece every half an hour, you have to question why you are doing this. The makers of this jigsaw should be made to sit in a room and complete ten copies of this and then be made to make a full unreserved apology to anyone who has tried to complete it and promise never to make another jigsaw, ever…

Review: I love Cross & Glory puzzles, and this one is the best of them. It was also the most difficult one I’ve ever done. The colors, textures and curves of the octopus make it challenging to find each piece… I kept thinking that there were missing pieces! LOL. Another challenging thing about Cross & Glory puzzles is that all the pieces are “knobs and holes”… no unusual shapes. This is a beautiful image with extremely vibrant colors. There also was no puzzle dust, tearing or separating of paper. Down sides to Cross & Glory puzzles: 1. They aren’t thick, so sometimes the pieces are slightly twisted, but not too badly. 2. The image supplied with the puzzle is very small, so isn’t really helpful.

Review: Cross & Glory puzzles are the best I’ve done. Deep Blue Octopus Odyssey was quite challenging with all of its blues and oranges, but it was so gorgeous that I framed it once I completed it.The colors are vibrant and the pieces connect well. Little to no dust. All of the pieces are basically the same shape which, in my opinion, adds to the difficulty level.I highly recommend this puzzle as well as others by Cross & Glory. (Along with this one, I’ve done all but one of their Meet the Alien puzzles and their Fab Four Giraffes.) Even though they’re a bit higher priced than other puzzles, the quality is worth it. I know I will be buying more from them.

Review: If you’re one of those that doesn’t look at the picture of the puzzle while putting it together, like me, this is a very challenging puzzle — the final product is so pretty. This took me about 5 days to put together. The pieces lock together well. You need good lighting to get the blues around the bottom together because they’re pretty dark and often look alike.
