Title: Reliable dash cam with great features
Review: It records both the front and inside of the car simultaneously. The 1080P front and 720P inside cameras provide clear footage, and the included 32GB card is a nice bonus.The infrared night vision is impressive, capturing clear images even in low light conditions. Setting up the camera was a breeze, I just plug it into the car lighter, and it’s ready to go. The 180° rotation of the cabin camera adds extra flexibility. The G-sensor function is a standout feature, automatically locking videos during collisions to prevent them from being overwritten. Loop recording ensures continuous recording without worrying about storage space. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish it supported larger SD cards than 64GB. However, the overall performance and ease of use make it a solid choice.

Title: Nice camera, good for cabin & front windscreen recording but is overpriced (£50 currently)
Review: Arrived as part of the Amazon vine review programme.Comes with pretty much everything you need to run a 12v (powered by cigarette type socket) front facing dash cam. This also has a cabin camera should you wish to record the cabin too.Pros:Easy to use menus, self explanatory if you have had a dashcam previously – this is a doddle.Has a WDR option which seems to help with quality when enabled (default is off).Has a parking monitor and motion detection option – which is a must these days but will require hardwiring if battery depletes.Luckily, the button press tone can be disabled (these can be very annoying when on).Also has a screen saver mode (to avoid driving distractions the screen can be set to go into standby).Recordings are pretty good (even has a USB SD dongle to help plug into a computer to view). *Recording quality was compared against my nextbase dashcam – which is three years old but held up well.Cons:I didn’t like the windscreen mount (which took work to install as was very tight to clip in).Not quite enough power cable for me, so was a little tight in parts but this may be down to my car than the cam.This package is really missing a rear facing camera for this money, for £1 more you can get a similar (almost identical) model which includes a rear facing external cam and a larger SD card – so, I think it’s not worth £50 (its current Amazon price). Hence 3*Conclusion:A nice camera but it is a little overpriced when compared to others as this price point. Recordings are ok on this but for now, I will not be changing over permanently from my trusted Nextbase.Thanks AMZ.

Title: Good picture and clear menus
Review: This dashcam has lots of functionality that we are still trying to explore.There are 5 function buttons underneath to navigate through the menus and make adjustments.The interior camera can be switched on or off, or just twizzled round to face forwards if you don’t want to record inside the car. Audio can be recorded or turned off, too.The menu display is clear, and there are lots of sub-menus, some of which we haven’t yet found out what they do as there are so many options. The instruction booklet is variable – some things it covers well, but other things that we needed clarification or explanations for, it was missing what we needed – but see my photos to judge for yourself.The wide-angle picture is really good quality and the playback is good, too. The interior camera adds physical width to the main camera (obviously!), so you do need to think where they can be mounted without blocking the driver’s view.This is our first dashcam, and I think that perhaps we should have gone for a more basic model, but then we’d probably get poorer quality pictures, plus as we get used to using the basic functions of this, it has lots of extras for us to explore, too, so maybe this really is good as a first-time one!

Title: good in parts, but can’t recommend
Review: The good: the camera has a simple but fairly sturdy mount. It’s not overly flexible, but works well and isn’t going to fall apart in a hurry. The second camera is a good feature: it can be twisted to face forward, or to the side, or into the car. It records its own stream in a second folder on the memory card.The avearge: the videos produced are .. ok. See the attached screen-grab. I’ve obscured the numberplate of the van in front, but actually it’s barely visible in the screen grab anyway. The configuration menus let you do all kinds of thing, to let you record how you want, when you want. It’s quite versatile, though the menus are not the easiest to navigate.The nuisance: the memory card uses a format that’s readable on a PC, but not on an Android phone. So even with the right adapter, you can’t download videos to your phone while sitting in the car. You have to take the memory card (or the whole camera) to your computer.The show-stopper: the camera comes with its own plug-in power adapter, which delivers 3A to USB-C. My usual in-car adapters don’t deliver enough power (and the manual warns you of this), despite supporting ‘rapid charging’. Result: I can’t use the camera whilst charging my phone – because it’s one adapter or the other; not both. That means I can’t use the camera, because I have to be able to charge my phone.
