Review: This truffle cream worked well for me. It has a simple squeeze bottle design that dispense the medium weight white cream. It spreads fairly well with a soft feel and has a pleasant delicate lavender scent. It absorbs quickly with a moisturized and natural feel.

Review: I’ve tried d’Alba before, and had the brand on my radar. I enjoyed their White Truffle Spray Serum, and had hopes that the quality of their products would exceed my expectations.I will say that the scent of the Italian White Truffle Mid Skin Balancing Vegan Cream has a distinct scent- it’s earthy, herbally, and has hints lavender. The scent doesn’t linger and it goes away relatively quickly as the product absorbs into your skin. I can understand why some people may not like the scent, but it does fade away and it doesn’t linger.The moisturizer itself, is very lightweight. Because this is a cream, I expected a thicker consistency, but I like how gel-like the moisturizer is. It absorbs quickly, and it doesn’t sit on your face. It’s incredibly soothing, and absorbs quickly into your skin without leaving any oily or sticky residue.This isn’t a heavy moisturizer, so if you’re looking for a moisturizer that deeply moisturizes and is thick, this isn’t really for you. I think this would be a great moisturizer for warmer seasons, day time, or for those with oiler skin types.I have sensitive skin, and this hasn’t broken me out, and has not irritated my skin at all. I like that it contains cica ingredients, because I know that it’ll help calm my skin when it is irritated.I have been using the product for a few weeks, and I will say that I am happy to have it included in my skincare routine as a moisturizer before I put on sunscreen and my cosmetics. It doesn’t feel heavy at all, and my face hasn’t felt dry hours later either. I’ve been enjoying how my skin feels after I put it on in the mornings.
