Review: Delivered on the 16/05/24 I am very happy with it. Bought to use by the Hot Tub, water/splash resistant, and in my shed, generally outdoors and it seems very well built to deal with this. No DRC (Dynamic Range Control-see YouTube video) on my model. 30 presets for DAB & FM respectively totalling 60 in all. 3 quick access buttons on the side for your most listened to. Scrolling menus is easy. The Prune option deletes the weakest signal stations. They seem to have thought of everything. I thought it would have been a little larger but in truth it’s perfect. Don’t be deceived by the size, it sounds great, stereo stations have a slightly better sound in my opinion but I think that’s more to do with the broadcast signal of the station rather than the iBox itself.

Review: This is a good little radio and works well on DAB and FM although perhaps struggles with weaker signals a bit more than my other dab radios.Usability is pretty good. Preset buttons )there are 3) are useful. But they and the volume buttons are on the side and a little had to navigate. As ever with dab radios, turning it on is not simple (why can’t they have an on-off switch?)- on this one you have to hold the power button down to turn it on, but that only puts it in standby mode withe the clock on. You then have to press the power button again to select DAB.

Review: A simple DAB / FM radio with the ability to blutooth or Aux in / out (line in / out) music from your phone / mp3 player etc. or to an amplifier or headphones. Long run-time on a full charge. Plenty of preset spaces – 30 per mode (DAB / FM) = 60 in total with the first three having dedicated intant touch buttons. The sound is great, crystal clear and because of it’s simplicity of features, I imagine this is where all the cost is. Not cheap I agree, but good value for the money.

Review: Pros…The DAB Radio’s build quality is excellent and the tone when listening to music broadcasts is superb.The volume levels that can be achieved without distortion are remarkable.Cons…The user interface is truly dreadful rendering the radio almost unusable. The volume and preset buttons are “hidden” down the side of the radio and cannot be located simply by touch. The buttons surrounding the screen have to be activated using force. The channel selection and menus feel like they came off a cheap knock-off radio.
