Review: I bought two of these for my two upper 20’s sons. My wife has used Cuisinox for about 20 years and her pans are still in great shape and look good, she says they heat very evenly. They are heavier metal but not as heavy as cast iron. The handles are large enough to use two hands when needed and are riveted very sturdily onto the pan. The twenty-year old pan handles are still as tight as they were when new. This is a great size for making an all in one meal. The only thing that might have made it better is if they came with a matching lid.
