Review: Cuisinart makes good products that don’t rust and last long. No one is paying me to say this, no one. I don’t try new products backed by celebrities. I stick with brands that have been around for decades instead and proven themselves. This is a big boy, so a little heavy when cleaning by hand. But it mostly ends up in the dishwasher for washing. I do love the cover because I can see how my food is cooking and it saves my clothes and apron from splatter. I Know it will last years like my other pots and pans from them. Highly recommend.

Review: This is a beautiful pot. I use it for making bone broth. Just put the chicken carcasses and vegetable scraps in the top of the sieve part. Fill it with water and let it simmer all day. Afterwards, I just lift the sieve out and place it on a plate to cool so that I can pick the meat off the bones to put back in the main pot with the broth. The remaining carcass and scraps is easily dumped in the garbage and the sieve can just be washed.
