Title: DEFECTIVE
Review: We bought this and then were away for a few months so missed return window. It had a US plug so had to then go and buy an adaptor to use in the UK. IT NEVER WORKED AND WAS DEFECTIVE ! BUT I missed the return window !!

Title: Don’t buy
Review: Bought this brand new at Christmas and after only using it half a dozen times, the base of it smells strongly of burnt rubber and it’s leaving black marks on my worktop. I don’t know what to do as it’s come from America. Also, I’m not sure if it’s safe to continue using.

Review: Looks nice. Compact , doesn’t take up much counter or cabinet space. Feels like a solid little unit .Surprisingly powerful. Grinding up chunks of raw chicken was a breeze using the chop button . Wife is a happy with it . We’ll see now, how long it lasts .
