Title: Mixed feelings, had it for several years. Fragile mouse.
Review: TL,DR; You’re better off with another company with more robust mice, Corsair are somewhat overpriced and their customer service wasn’t at all what I expected. I’ve purchased over 10 products from them and almost all have stopped working or had some fault sooner than anticipated.–This is the second time I’ve purchased a Corsair IronClaw. On the first one the scroll wheel physically broke, there’s a small plastic ‘clutch’ which snapped and so the wheel turned but didn’t register any scrolling unless you press hard and scroll harshly. My second IronClaw purchase was in October 2023 and I had a similar issue. The scroll wheel stopped registering completely but this time it wasn’t the same plastic part that broke so I think a piece of hardware was faulty. After doing some research I found several other people had issues with the mouse wheel being fragile. The mouse when it was worked, was perfect, it worked really well, fitted my large hands and the battery life was decent. But the customer service from Corsair wasn’t good enough, they didn’t offer to return, replace or repair the item. Being a patron of their products for 8 years with over 10 purchases this was enough to make me switch to another brand.

Title: Lasted 3 years of heavy use before the soft plastic split
Review: I got this in 2021 and it’s lasted well for a daily gamer with big hands. Very comfy and very tactile. Gave up the ghost when the soft plastic started splitting and the gridded sections were flat.

Title: After the long search almost the mouse for me, however…
Review: After a long search, I thought this mouse was the one, however a few tiny things stop it from being so.- The size is great, perfect for palm grip. I play with a relaxed palm/claw and it worked well. 19×10 hands.- iCue worked well to customize side buttons for games.- Nice side grips and thumb rest.- Nice RGB options (I turned off for better baterry life).- USB, dongle or bluetooth connection options make the mouse very flexible- The supplied usb cable is super stiff. I know this is a wireless mouse, but when using the cable forcharging you might as well not use the mouse.- The scroll wheel isn’t good, I have a bad feeling about it when using. It just feels weak, and knowing many peopleonline have posted issues of their scroll wheel breaking after a few months is worrying.- The entire mouse body creaks when squeezing. It’s feels solid (perhaps down the weight) and cheap at the same time.- At 130G the mouse is noticeably heavy to use. Coming from a 100G mouse previous I can feel the difference; andit does start to become an issue after extended use. I’m not pro gamer, but I think lighter overall would be moreenjoyable. It’s fine for every day PC use or casual games but when you play something a little faster it’s a problem for me.- One of the side buttons (called sniper most commonly (above the two side buttons)) is in such an odd position is becomes basically useless in game.I could look past some of the “cons” however the extra weight, and worries over the scroll wheel i’ve decided to continue my mouse search!

Title: Absolutely horrific
Review: you would expect a company like corsair to produce something quality considering they are a company known to get a lot of money from a lot of people buying their products, but that is not the case by any definition of the word, instead they are just a representation of overpricing for underdevelloped productsthis mouse is a prime example, it’s meant to be wireless but only functions at a range where you might as well have a wire going to it anyway, if you go anywhere beyond half a meter away from the wireless USB thing it just stops functioning as a mouse and starts functioning as a slide show.basically what it will do is start to lag, it’s hard to describe but it just jutters the curser around the screen at 1FPS, Or just fails to pick up any imput if it’s even slightly away from the half a meter distance I mentioned earlier, it will also just randomly dissable left click and completely dissable any motion while left click is held for whatever reason, it has a decent battery life but does not show you the battery charge ammount unless it’s plugged in, and only for like a second when you plug/unplug it meaning you don’t know when it needs charging and can randomly cut out mid way through what you are doing with no disernable reason.A V O I D T H I S P R O D U C T !I know for a fact I will be avoiding purchasing anymore corsair products for the rest of my life, I’d rather put my money in a fireplace at this point considering they once again screw over their customers, then again what company is different in this day and age?0.0/10

Title: Top piece uses cheap plastic
Review: I heard online that the top plastic recently got changed, (unfortunately I got this revised model) and it makes it so that when you use this mouse for a while it makes it greasy and some layers degrade over time. Not sure if an issue with original model but not very good nonetheless. Other than that the wireless is amazing and I love the claw design for my large hands. It’s a shame that the battery isn’t as long as I hoped and obviously the mouse buttons from the plastic degradation as mentioned is very obnoxious. For the price it’s not the best investment if your looking for this kind of thing, I’ve not seen much others like this tho.
