Title: This product does not work and has never worked!

Title: Problems squared
Review: I used the drill for the first time today and was met with so much problems. I turned it on and saw sparks, I thought that it might be a reflection of the flashlight bouncing of a piece of metal INSIDE the dill but it wasn’t. Obviously me being me ignored it and continued using the drill. But it died, I charged it for 30 minutes and used it. It died again. Then I was like what did I expect from a 20 euro drill, but then I was like, nah I deserve better. I left the drill alone for a few hours and came to give it one last chance. I wanted to drill a hole onto a thin piece of plastic, but the speed kept fluctuating (even though there is only one speed on the drill), it would go fast then slow then fast again, which led to two of the smaller drill bits breaking. I thought, since I cant drill holes I can at least tighten screws, but obviously that was delusional thinking.Thinking back now, if I didn’t have experience with a drill I defo would have injured myself. I just wanted something light for my smaller project but it couldn’t even do it main job. Defo lacking. I don’t even like pink! The rating for the drill was in the high fours when I bought it. Working on getting a refund, cause I would have thrown it away. Might as well get my money back.To conclude, DON’T buy

Review: didn’t work, could not charge it – bought as a present – tried after 30 day return policy expired. very disappointed. I hope that somebody contacts me to discuss this as I feel that let down that i cannot do anything about it i.e. get a replacement – please would Amazon contact me. There must be some product warranty that can be applied
