Title: It works but needs patience
Review: It was our second time tiling and this time we had to work around plugs. I didn’t want to buy bulky power tools so after some research I decided to get a compound tile nipper as well as a tile file.On our 8mm slightly wavy ceramic tiles this did the job fine. But I have to say lots and lots of patience were needed. When I was tired and nip too much (and I probably did it wrong way) the tile just broke.1. It’s cheap but it works2. It doesn’t need too much power/grip3. I found my hand keep slipping toward the bladeI did manage to do it in the end (around 2 sockets and as well as around cabinets) but considering how much time it took and stress it caused I kind of wish I’d bought a electric tile cutter instead.
