Title: CO-Z helped me reset them, see below, hope this helps
Review: I bought two, both stopped working, outside the window for returns, so I contacted CO-Z to see if they could help me. CO-Z responded and got me to upload some videos of me operating the dehumidifiers to Youtube, which I did. The Company very promptly replied advising I needed to hold down the ‘sleep/reset’ button until the lights went off. This has successfully reset both machines and they are now working again!! Delighted is not the word! Thanks CO-Z Uk for helping me resolve my problem, hope this helps others out there!!

Title: Did the job well
Review: I brought this product for a small but damp bathroom. In no time at all it was drawing moisture from the walls etc. The collection chamber is quite generous in capacity and this was filling up 2-3 times a day to start with. The bathroom door was swollen but now closes perfectly and generally it’s a much more comfortable warmer room. The product switches itself off when full and is very quiet when running.

Review: I have not had this machine for very long, about 4 days, but it seems to do what it’s meant to do. It arrived sooner than expected.It is very easy to unpack and operate, and despite other reviews relatively easy to empty. I like how you can programme the mechanism to run for periods of time and how quiet itis.My only gripe is that the flex is very short and could be longer to make it easier to situate.I will add further comments when I have had the humidifier for linger.
