Title: Excellent customer service and lovely puzzle
Review: Challenging but rewarding puzzle. Excellent quality and lovely designs on the website. I only wish Cloudberries made more 2000 piece puzzles.When finished there was one piece missing but I contacted the company and they sent me an entirely new puzzle within two days – brilliant service. Would definitely buy a Cloudberries puzzle again!

Title: Fabulous! Favourite jigsaw by far!
Review: Totally loved this jigsaw. We nearly didn’t buy this jigsaw as it looked so hard and difficult to do, however, we did and I’m so glad we did. I have completed many jigsaws and by far this is my number one most challenging and favourite 5***** all the way! We found it good for the brain using deduction skills and patience along with the large and detailed poster. I can’t praise this jigsaw enough, it was fabulous to see how the sections came together bit by bit.

Title: Best puzzle I’ve found yet
Review: Not only did this keep my wife busy for three afternoons as opposed to the normal one, but it’s made to such a high quality – with the pieces fitting so well together – that it was actually a pain to take apart and get back in the box. You can pick it up with your bare hands and it doesn’t even begin to pull apart.If you’re the type to frame your jigsaws, this is the one for you. Additionally, in the current climate, I put it to you that this puzzle can serve as two gifts this Christmas season: an interesting puzzle, and a blanket.

Review: This is a tricky jigsaw but the colours are so boring. I only bought it because it was on offer, but it is a challenging jigsaw which will give you many hours of enjoyment (and frustration). Nicely manufactured jigsaw.

Review: Loved this puzzle. It was too large for my puzzle board so I did it in parts, and it was so easy to divide up because of the gradient. If the piece was green I knew it went on one side, and if it was purple the other. The puzzle itself took five days to complete, working for at most a few hours each day, and I had so much fun. It was so satisfying to drag a piece across the already completed sections and see it blend into the color where it belongs and then fall right into place.Some cons:The pieces do sometimes fit where they don’t belong. It’s easy to overlook something in the wrong spot until you get to a point where you KNOW a piece HAS to fit somewhere and it just doesn’t, and then look closer at what you have done and find how a whole block of pieces is one spot over from where they actually belong.There are little “oil” marks on a few pieces, as if someone with very dirty fingers touched it during manufacture. It’s not that big of a deal, but if you were wanting to display this then that might be a major problem for you. I haven’t tried to clean it up because I immediately took the puzzle back apart so it could be put back together in the future.Kind of on the fence: while a lot of people talk about how cheap the pieces are, they tear apart when you have to disconnect wrongly placed pieces, I did not have that problem. I was very careful every time I disconnected a piece to prevent damaging them and was successful in that. I can see how they’re all right, but if you’re overly cautious like I was, it’ll be fine.The colors are so vibrant. Most of the puzzle was easy, if you have good color vision this will be fun and not horribly difficult, save the green/yellow corner. That was hard. Don’t start with the green corner like I did, you’ll regret all your life choices. There isn’t enough variation in the green to make it easy to determine if a piece is in even remotely the right spot.And pros:I love the texture of these pieces. It’s not quite linen like the linen puzzles, but it’s not cardboard either. It’s kind of a plasticy linen feeling. I like it.It’s relatively matte. I was able to put a couple lamps on it and not have to constantly move my head to see the color well because it didn’t reflect the light horribly like more glossy puzzles do.The puzzle is so fun I will put it back together over and over. I’ve never had a puzzle I wanted to do twice before, so that’s a major pro for me. Great puzzle, was worth the $35 I paid for it.

Però qualitativamente non è esattamente il massimo: diversi pezzi, soprattutto quelli con gli incastri più sottili, si sono piegati nei punti meno resistenti, o si sono divisi in due longitudinalmente. E non sto parlando di pezzi di puzzle sottoposti a maltrattamenti estremi, eh… Semplicemente dando delle leggere mescolate nel mucchio, alla ricerca dei pezzi, questi si rovinavano. Alla fine il risultato lo si porta a casa, ma bisogna armarsi di vinavil e santa pazienza, per sistemare alcuni danni qua e là.
