Title: Dangerous product
Review: Bought to use on holiday, first use and the handle got so hot it was almost burning my hand had to dangle by the cord to put it on the stand so I could unplug. Also dripped scolding water and steamed when on the off setting, going to be returning once I get back from my holiday, hopefully a faulty unit as others seem to think it’s OK.

Title: Why is it used?
Review: Liked it so much I bought it twice. I had a suspicion that it might not have been brand new when the first one’s box was a little handled, but when the second one came I had a definite comparator. The second one was a joke, fully opened, had been used, signs of residue, the inside cupon ripped open. I returned it because I’m paying for a new item here.The first one I kept, asides from probably having been opened, it worked great and was really easy to use (the clothes can be lain against any surface). Its great, its just a gamble whether you will get a used one or not.Ironing aspect is brilliant, the steam is nice and consistent, has three settings, and heats up super quick. Much better than an Iron!
