Review: It is nothing to dislike about. There is no need to coat with oil, nor put any baking paper on top. Simply add batter or bread dough directly to the baking tray, and it will be done. I can easily take out the finished products by hand without any sticky problems at all!

Review: It is a cake pan of good quality. For the type of financiers I wanted to bake it was a bit too shallow, wanted them to have more depth, but for some this may be practical. Aside from that it is a very good product.

Review: Initially purchased one for myself. I makes the best brownies, and the difference from previously using a 13 x 9 pan is not even close. Each of these individual brownies made with this Chefmade brownie pan are perfect in texture and the perfect serving size. The pan is very good quality, non-stick is good, and cleans up easily. My sister-in-law wanted one and my daughter did as well. So I ordered 3 more – one for each of them as a Christmas gift and then another to keep for a future gift for someone if needed.Yes, this is a brownie pan but the difference in quality of the baked brownies is worth purchasing. I may try baking chocolate chip cookies to see how they turn out in this pan as well as small individual cakes. FYI – I learned that you do not adjust the baking time from what is suggested for a 13 x 9 pan. For me the easiest way to remove the brownies is with a plastic knife going around the sides. I also use a very small spatula. Again, clean up is easy and I hand wash the pan just to make sure that it will last for years. I highly recommend, and my purchasing 3 more after my initial purchase says it all.
