Review: Love these pizza trays. I bought them to replace my none stick ones. As I am moving away from none stick and teflon cooking equipment. They feel good and strong, bit rough but for the price thats acceptable. I can smooth them.out over time. Really recommended them

Review: I love the product. 10/10 for the quality. If you are looking for a good alternative for teflon pans, go for it. Just be careful when handling cast iron utensils. Never put on high flame ( on any forms of stove top), it will ruin the cast iron surface. Even though it’s seasoned, I always season the cast iron kitchenware before first use. Apply some sesame oil ( mustard oil, coconut oil is also fine) and just fry some fenugreek, dry Chilli and mustard (tempering/ preparation of tadka) with a pinch of salt. And for this flat surface pan, no need for tempering or tadka, just apply any of the oil, heat the pan in medium or low heat. Repeat once or twice. It is always safe to use wooden spatula or spoons instead of steel ones. I repeat the process twice or more. Just once is also fine. Cast iron stuff is also a bit heavier than stainless steel or Teflon pans. But 100% healthier than any other materials.

Review: I initially had difficulties using it as it was not pre-seasoned well. I then used sesame seed oil and scrubbed with onion while pan is hot. It’s well seasoned now and I use it everyday for making dosa, Indian crepe made of rice and lentil. Love the pan!

Review: Au début la pâte à pizza colle un peu au moule mais dès la 3eme utilisation c’est parfait ! Surtout ne pas utiliser de liquide vaisselle pour le nettoyage mais juste de l’eau chaude et une éponge grattante en fer. Remettre le moule au four quelques minutes pour enlever toute trace d’humidité et mettre un peu d’huile avec un essuie tout avant rangement.
