Title: Works Well on all the cables I used it on
Review: Works well on all the cables I have used it on (mainly car and boat electrical cables), usually, just one quick easy movement and the insulation has gone. The plastic tab to select how far to strip off is a bit gimmicky and I suspect I will lose this soon. Overall very good and very quick and simple to use.

Review: A case of ” you get what you pay for” lots of cheaper versions that are very similar on here and yes I have purchased one and two weeks later bought these to replace them. more slots for various wire sizes than on some of the others available and very very sharp ,giving a great clean removal of the insulation. The quality is obvious, when you pick them up, solid and well engineered, a great purchase, they are pricey but you can see why. very happy with these.

Review: One note of interest is the fact that all five companies.Make the same frame and chassis. From Taiwan….Capri $22.00Baishite $20.99Ideal $36.00Klein Tool $29.00GB-Gardner Bender $16.00Southwire $19.99…..A side from the various color schemes, and rubber handle grip differences, and some having a stop guide, and others like Klein having a solid copper, no strand, wire cutter…They are all made in Taiwan… Got to say…That this Capri Designed with the optional stop guide.Is a very nice product…Like others have said.I dont know why I didn’t get one of these 20 years ago…And even though the Capri, doesnt come with its own built in cutter. I already own over 10 wire cutters, and so for me the stop guide works for me…😎 One thing I wish these came with a case. That has pockets to upgrade, and add other AWG cutter Head’s. Nothing too bulky, but enough to get the thing in my larger toolbox. A way to keep other tools from clanking against it, damaging it. While not in use. Excellent Product.Cuts perfectly, every time…Does not Damage Stranded wires. Another detail.Is on the stop guide. The plastic guide stop should have a brass threaded insert. So over time.The metal nurled knob, its threads dont strip the cheap plastic threads on the clear plastic stop.Would be even better, if they could just make a metal stop guide, that flips down, and out of the way. When not in use, or not needed…that would eliminate the need for brass threads…. Would recommend this product to other’s….Very Well Machined…

Review: I’ve wanted the catapult style of stripper for a while and finally saw these and after seeing all the positive reviews decided they were the pair for me. My first impression when they arrived was that I won’t ever need another pair of strippers again, very high quality versus cost and nice weight and feel in your hand. I’ve been using them for a few weeks now and am still very satisfied with the ease of use and the results that I’m getting, whether its a 4 gauge of 22 gauge wire it’s taking of the casing without any of the wire. I would buy these again but I have a feeling that they will be last forever with proper use and care. I truly recommend these to everyone and personally regret waiting so long to get them.
