Title: Simple to understand printer.
Review: Simple to install and connect. I had a slight delay locating the driver but once that was installed it was very easy. Pleased with the purchase.

Title: Canon has zero support website. The manual is non existent and no support of what to do when in need
Review: It is the total absence of support and absence of pictures in a manual on Canon UK website. It is really not good enough.Their telephone and email support are non existent too.

Title: This is poor and complicated Avoid.
Review: Instructions are poor or non existent. There is no indication as to what buttons and knobs mean and internet connection is difficult. We will probably throw it away.Very disappointing.

Review: It works, but don’t ask me how.For some reason – for me on my windows 11 desktop + USB cable connection – it is impossible to install drivers + software for this printer.But for some reason I am able to print documents without any problems (just use ctrl + P).For use of the scanner I have been able to download a free scanner app/tool through windows, so this finally also works.If you are NOT computer savy, STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANYTHING CANON RELATED, as clearly there is something wrong with their software for win 11 users. Hope these $%^%&*# fix this soon.PS: I’ve been busy for HOURS, I would like to sent Canon an invoice for this!
