Ideal to clean muddy spots and other everyday household stains from your carpet and rugs. Neutralises lingering pet, tobacco and cooking odours that get trapped within the fibres of the carpet. Sprinkle on the carpet. Brush into carpet fibres. Leave for 15 minutes and then vacuum off completely. To clean a new muddy spot, sprinkle on the damp area. When dry, vacuum off completely. To clean dried-in and old stains. Apply liberally onto the area to be cleaned. Agitate with a brush or sponge and leave to work. Depending on the stain leave to dwell anywhere between 3-24 hours. Review: My experience with BritishBasics has been deeply disappointing. I purchased their Carpet Powder Refresher with the expectation of revitalizing my carpets, but unfortunately, the product ended up causing significant damage instead.Despite the care taken in applying the product according to instructions, it resulted in three large stains on my carpet, requiring costly professional intervention to rectify. When I reached out to BritishBasics to address the issue and seek assistance, I was met with a polite but unhelpful response. While they were not outright rude, they offered no resolution or assistance in rectifying the situation.Overall, I cannot recommend BritishBasics based on my experience. While the product may work for some, the lack of effective customer support in resolving issues leaves much to be desired.
