Review: This is the MOST helpful scale I’ve ever had in my life. I used to have an ED but was not aware I was underweight for MANY years.About three years ago I came to a realization that I might be underweight and used a BMI calculator online which showed me how far off the mark I was.Since then, I’ve had to overcome a lot to be able to gain weight to reach a healthy size and am finally there!I got this scale to help myself manage my weight now that its much higher than I’m used to and to remind myself that this number is okay and that I am healthy this way :)I wish I had had this scale a long time ago, but I’m happy to have it now to help keep me in check at least!Features I like:1. It differentiates between weight itself and bodyfat%. My brain can’t trick me anymore with these stats staring back at me!2. It uses color coding to show if you’re doing well in an area or if you need improvement. Makes it easy for quick understanding.3. It has a history tracker to show weight over time.4. It shows estimated body age in regards to current weight and stats.5. More than one person can use the scale and app without affecting your numbers. No clue how it knows the difference but it does! Might wanna keep your app closed if someone else is using the scale though – just in case!
