Review: I purched this skillet with lid after buying a knife set from the Blue Diamond brand a few months ago. I have really enjoyed my new knife set, and decided to check out other items from this brand. I just unboxed this skillet, and it’s huge! It has heft to it, and the lid is quite heavy too. I gave it a quick hand wash and dry, and a spray of cooking oil and started browning a 4lbs roast before putting it in the crockpot. As you can see, the roast easily fit in the pan, and there was no sticking whatsoever. I let it cool completely before washing, and it cleaned up a breeze. I look forward to cooking with this skillet for years to come.

Review: I’ve tried a bunch of different “durable” “nonstick” pans, and this is the first one I found that seems to actually be durable and non-stick. Heat’s well, easy to wash, lids good. The non-stick covers the bolts that hold the handle on. 10/10
