Title: Waste of money
Review: Buyer beware l bought this because l had black and decker products before and they were great. First of all l did not know this had a two pin plug. Luckily l had an adapter would you believe it plugged it into the adapter and the adapter went bust. Luckily had another from our travels plugged it in great steam gave the house a clean. When l went to use it again the damned thing would not steam nothing just water dripping out of it. Its faulty DO NOT BUY. In this time of cost of living issues its money down the drain.

Review: Was a little skeptical about this until I used it. What an awesome steam mop. Ready out of the box and it heats up in under 15 seconds. Lots of steam and glides smoothly on various flooring like hardwood and vinyl. It removes all sorts of stains from the floor and gets lots of dirt! Love it

Review: I live in the rainy state of Oregon and attempting to keep my wood floors clean with two dogs is laborious. Swiffer wet pads just don’t a great job. They dry out quickly, don’t clean up dried messes well, and streaks after drying. Traditional mopping is painful for me. I have nerve pain from a shoulder injury that radiates to my elbow. I love this light weight mop. It is so easy to push around. The steam lifts dirt and spills of my wood floors effortlessly. my floors dry quickly after cleaning. The only negative I have is I wish the cord was longer. Great steam mop!

Review: Game changer! We have a pet, we have kids. We have laminate floors that are a pain. This thing just works. No chemicals, no hassle, just clean. My only complaint is I wish there was a longer cord and a cord lock for storage but otherwise I find no issues with this.
