Review: The Black & Decker Roboseries Robot Vacuum (ASIN: B0CRRYWTMM) is an effective dry floor cleaner. The robot vacuum came with all the indicated accessories. All parts seem to work as described.I have had another brand of robot vacuum that I been using for just over 14 months. I have programed it for automatic use 3 times a week. Additionally, I normally use it one full charge manually once per week in an isolated, secluded area. To test the B&D robot vacuum I turned off my first robot vacuum and ran the B&D in its place under the same conditions.The B&D has a slightly smaller collection bin area and a slightly smaller filter. I do not foresee these to be an issue as I empty and brush clean the filter after every run. With neither robot vacuum do I routinely use the brush that came with the unit. Instead, I use a 1.5” wide paint brush, as it does a better job much quicker.The B&D Home app was easy to load and setup on my phone. It has been effective at scheduling and controlling the robot vacuum. The remote control also worked well.The B&D robot vacuum only has one side brush. It works well, but there is more overlap in each pass. The B&D robot vacuum worked well around the breakfast table and four chairs, navigating the many obstacles (20 legs) and effectively cleaning the areas it could reach. The B&D runs on a methodical program, like a search pattern, whereas the other robot vacuum runs on chaos or randomness. Both are effective.I placed the B&D on a small, carpeted landing to see how it handled the edge. It never fell off. Sometimes it would recover and return to vacuuming, but other times it would become stuck, shut down, and flash red warning lights. Both actions are acceptable.Both robot vacuums equally irate the dog.Total run time starting with a 100% charged battery is around 2.5 hours. It runs mainly on tile floors (see photo). B&D starting searching for the docking station at around 20% remaining battery life and found it quickly. Floor feels clean everywhere it was allowed to access. (I am almost always barefoot).I am notorious for pointing out instructions that are wrong, ineffective, poorly translated, etc. I am very favorably impressed with the instructions for this robot vacuum. The information in the printed manual that was in the box with the robot vacuum is in proper English. Very good diagrams and photos are also included that properly detail the buttons and prudent parts of the vacuum and charging station. The information is clear, well written, and concise. They did not waste a lot of my time trying to resell me on the product. Additionally, QR codes are provided with the unit to access an online version of the manual and a setup video. The video setup information agrees with the printed version, having no conflicts, so it does not generate additional questions like for some products I have reviewed. Well done!

Review: After plugging in and powering up to 100% I then set it up on my network by pushing and holding the home key for 3-5 seconds. Go into the app and setup the robot vacuum, then prepare the vacuum to run. I ran it and it picked up quite a bit (as seen in the second picture). This was the first time it was used and it run without fault. I then setup the Alexa skill and linked it. It works without issues.

Review: This is the third robo vaccum. The first ones(not name brand )of those worked great, but broke after two years.So this time I opted for a name brand. This Black and Decker is so much better. But I would have liked two side brushes. And the Black and Decker app is not workingWord of advice. Do not use the QR code in the instructions. It leads you to a site that wants your card info and will charge you 49.00 a month. B & D rep told me not to use it. It’s not their app. I love the suction. It cleans up a lot more than my previous ones.
