Title: Excellent Dashcam and customer service experience!
Review: The Dashcam arrived quickly and well packaged. The quality is 4k if using front camera only and if both front and rear cameras used its 2.5k front and 1080 P rear. It comes with SD card and trim tool to keep cables tidy. Camera can take a larger memory card up to 256GB.Installing the app was straightforward, as was linking it to my phone. Very easy to download videos to app.The basic install was really easy to do. If you want the parking collision / 24 hour monitoring then you need to also get a hardwiring kit which doesn’t come with it. Customer services were really helpful in sending one to me as well as a video showing how to install. I have yet to hardwire so cannot comment on the parking monitoring.I had some issues with the stickers that attach the cameras but customer services were great in sending replacements and so far so good!The video also has important information displayed like time, date, exact GPS location and the speed at which you were travelling. Images/video is very good and crisp in both day and night.Very pleased with product, will be buying another for another family car and most definitely recommend! Great value for the price! Customer service is second to none!

Title: Great dash/rear view cam
Review: The dashcam arrived very quickly and was easy to install – front and rear cams can be installed in 10-15 minutes, and a handy crowbar is provided to hide cables underneath the car’s interior trim. Build quality seems excellent, as is the picture/video quality (4k if using front camera only, 2.5K if both are used). The best feature, for me, however, is that the camera can connect to your phone via internal wifi, enabling videos and photos to be transferred to your phone (and from there to a laptop) for viewing on a bigger screen, which means you can see much more detail than on a camera screen alone. This really elevates this cam and makes it an excellent buy. The video also has potentially important information displayed too, including time, date, exact GPS location, and the speed at which you were travelling. This is a great dash/rear view cam.

Title: Perfect for the price & would buy again!
Review: Having hadcheap dashcam’s before and mostly failing during summer time, I thought it was about time to spend more and buy this. So far so good, everything is working as expected and I’m quite pleased.Pros-Easy to install.-Easy to connect to phone and use app.-Looks much better than most-Records in HD on front and rear camera.-Audio recording.-Accepted my 256GB SD card (some don’t).-Rear cam cable has plenty of length and fit comfortable in Saab 9-3 with more to go.-Unexpectedly came with a 64GB SD card.Cons-Connectivity is via WiFi rather than the usual Bluetooth which means you can’t stay connected to your broadband whilst using the app or downloading footage from your dashcam.-Only 1 button on the entire dashcam which isn’t very user friendly.-Does not come with hard writing kit which is required for 24hr/parking recording. Supplied power cable is for cigarette lighter socket which on my car depends on ignition being on. Will be perfect for a car with a continuous live feed to the socket i.e MK4 Golf.-Built-in speaker is extremely poor and I can hardly understand what the automated voice is saying most of the time, worse when the volume is set to maximum. Not bothered by it personally as I don’t watch the footage back via the camera.-Downloading footage takes a while.

Title: very convenient and small
Review: I have been using the dashcam for a few days and am very happy with it so far. It’s quite small and does not obscure much space on the windscreen. As usual, the power supply is via the car 12V socket, but I found it very convenient that it also runs on my USB socket (though you need your own cable for that). In particular, the GPS has worked fine and I am happy with the picture quality, and the app worked fine (the video transfer is not super-fast but good enough for me).As a postscript, I subsequently had a minor email query and there was a prompt and helpful answer from the custemer services.

Title: Total car battery drain when camera connected!
Review: Overall, camera build OK, picture quality acceptable, but never use camera connection with provided adapter, because camera drain Your car battery in couple days! IN instructions written feature 24h/7 surveillance… that mean all this 24h/7 camera is on and running all time on 100% no features that camera going to sleep and wake up only on incident. About What I more wondering no battery low power protection build in! Nowadays it is nonsense! So I going to throw out provided adapter and will connect camera to power supply that will cut of when it when car stopped. Yes I lose feature 24h/7 monitoring but save battery.

Review: Excellent dash cam with excellent video quality and functions. Front and rear cameras are both great, comes with enough cable to route the rear camera around and underneath the trim panels in my car, which is very useful, no ugly cables!The GPS data is very useful to have, in the event of an accident it will log where it happened, perfect for any claim you may need to make.Day to day use has been great, plug it in, mount it and forget about it. Honestly can’t complain.The camera also has WiFi which is perfect as you don’t need to remove the card to view the footage! Not that I look at the footage often but it makes it easier if ever I want to.

Review: Auf den ersten Blick machen die beiden Kameras (vorn und hinten) einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck, was beim Einbau und der Handhabung auch bestätigt wird. Für dieses Preis gibt es – glaube ich – kaum etwas Vergleichbares. Die Bildqualität ist klasse, man kann sein Smartphone mit der Kamera verbinden (muss es aber nicht), um die aufgenommenen Filme zu sehen. Vorn und hinten wird getrennt gespeichert. GPS-Position, Datum und Uhrzeit sowie die gefahrene Geschwindigkeit werden mit angezeigt. Wenn man die Taste in der Kamera gedrückt wird, weil z.B. gerade etwas passiert ist, wird dieses Video ebenfalls getrennt gespeichert, so dass man es sofort findet. Man kann die Videos dann sogar einfach aufs Smartphone herunterladen, ohne dass man die Speicherkarte herausnehmen muss. Diese Kamera ist für diesen Preis absolut empfehlenswert!

Review: Die Front- und Rear Kameras funktionieren out of the Box auf Anhieb super. Das einzige was einfach nicht funktionieren wollte, war die GPS-Funktion, so oft ich es auch probierte. Daraufhin schrieb ich den Bestsee Support mit der genauen Problembeschreibung an, und eine wirklich nette Judy meldete sich einen Tag später, mit einem Lösungsvorschlag, und einem Link zu einer neueren App für die Kamera, sowie dem Hinweis einen Hard Reset durchzuführen. Doch auch dies löste das Problem noch nicht, das GPS verweigerte den Dienst. Judy nochmals angeschrieben, und prompte Antwort erhalten. Die Frontkamera mit einer Powerbank betrieben, und die Kamera im Garten auf den Tisch gelegt. Nach 10 bis 15 Minuten war das GPS-Signal da, das “G” im Display änderte sich auf “Grün” und ich erhielt Vollausschlag beim GPS-Signal. Das Problem an sich: Bei der erstmaligen Inbetriebnahme kann es die besagten 10-15 Minuten dauern, bis das GPS Signal erkannt wird. Danach ist das Signal beim einschalten immer innerhalb ca. 1 Minute da. Dieses Phänomen ist bei vielen Geräten mit GPS-Empfänger so, und war auch zum Beispiel bei meiner Drohne so.Die Kameras an sich sind gut verarbeitet, und qualitativ echt OK. Die Bildqualität ist auch bei angeschlossener Rear Kamera gut, obwohl die Front Kamera dann nur noch 2,5K hat, spielt wirklich keine Rolle. An Zubehör ist alles dabei was man braucht, außer das Kit zum Anschluss an Dauerplus (Hardwire-Kit) sodass man die Parküberwachungsfunktion nützen kann. Ich habe dazu für um die 10€ ein spezielles OBD-Kabel gekauft, welches über eine Elektronik mit Schutzfunktion der Fahrzeugbatterie verfügt. Schaltet bei 11,6 Volt ab.Ich möchte wirklich nochmal den super funktionierenden Support von Bestsee loben, sie lassen einen echt nicht hängen. Das hab ich bei anderen Anbietern schon anders erlebt. Von mir daher eine klare Kaufempfehlung, zumal derzeit (Mai 2024) im Preis reduziert, und auf diesen Preis nochmals 10% Rabatt.

Review: Zufall oder nicht, aber beim Test der Dashcam hat die Elektronik meines Wagens komplett verrückt gespielt. Der Wagen ließ sich nicht starten, keine Fahrstufe einlegen nicht mal die Fenster schließen. Erst nach etwa 2 Stunden hat alles wieder wie gewohnt funktioniert.Ich kann mir zwar nicht wirklich vorstellen, dass ein an den Zigarettenanzünder angeschlossenes Gerät solches Chaos verursacht aber merkwürdig ist der zeitliche Zusammenhang schon.Also lieber nicht.Die Cam sieht sehr wertig aus und das Bild (nur auf dem Handy angesehen) ist durchaus brauchbar. Für den Preis sogar sehr gut.Da ich davon ausgehe, es ist die Kombination von meinem Wagen und der Cam gebe ich trotzdem 4 Sterne.

Review: Mittlerweile habe ich den Artikel ein zweites Mal gekauft, um die Kamera auch im Zweitwagen zu installieren.Das Produkt kam in beiden Fällen schnell und gut verpackt an.Die Qualität ist 4k, wenn man nur die Frontkamera verwendet. Bei Verwendung von vorderer und hinterer Kamera nutzt die Front eine 2,5k Pixel Auflösung und Hinten 1080 Pixel. Die Kamera kommt mit SD-Karte und Trimmwerkzeug, um das Kabel für Stromversorgung und Heckkamera im Auto ordentlich zu verlegen. Es gibt viele YouTube Videos, die zeigen wo und wie man die Kabel im Auto gut verstecken kann. Die Kamera kann auch eine größere Speicherkarte bis zu 256 GB aufnehmen.Die Installation der App war einfach, ebenso die Verknüpfung mit meinem Telefon. Die Videos sind sehr einfach über die App zu laden. Entgegen der Anleitung empfiehlt der Support die GKUGO App, die besser und einfacher zu bedienen ist. Eine Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support ist schnell und freundlich.Die Installation der Kamera mit dem mitgelieferten Kabel war wirklich einfach. Ich überlege noch ein Hardwire Kit zu bestellen, um die Parkkollision / 24 Stunden Überwachung nutzen zu können. Zur Zeit suche ich in meinem Fahrzeug aber noch die notwendigen Punkte im Sicherungskasten für Dauer- und Zündungsplus.Das Video zeigt auch wichtige Informationen wie Zeit, Datum, genaue GPS-Standort und die Geschwindigkeit, mit der man unterwegs war. Bilder/Videos sind sowohl Tag als auch nachts sehr gut und detailreich.Ich bin allesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt und habe wie bereits geschrieben eine weitere Kamera für ein anderes Familienauto gekauft und werde auf jeden Fall die Kamera weiterempfehlen! Klasse für den Preis und der Kundenservice ist unübertroffen, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Review: Ich habe die Kamera zunächst provisorisch in mein Auto eingebaut, um sie zu testen. Leider hat sie sich dauerhaft nach ca drei Minuten selbstständig wieder abgeschaltet, trotz dauerhafter Stromversorgung. Ein Rücksetzen auf Werkseinstellung usw hat leider nicht geholfen. Die Bildqualität ist gut, bei Anschluss der Heckkamera wird die Auflösung der Frontkamera auf 2,5k reduziert.
