Review: Firstly when you plug it in, the green light should flash to say it’s switched on. No light came on. Secondly, the batteries are a very tight fit. At first, I thought it was the wrong charger but once the battery was inserted, it started flashing red. According to the instruction leaflet, it means either the battery or charger is overheating. I tried 3 different batteries and it continued flashing red. Returned for a refund.

Title: Seems to work
Review: I needed this to charge a really old battery.Unfortunately, the design of the battery base stopped the connection point from slotting all the way in to this product so I made a plan to cut in to the plastic casing.It was simple to open the charger with just four screws and nothing was attached to the green side of the case which made things easier.I used an Oscillation multi tool to cut away at the plastic to allow the battery to fit on a bit better.I knew there was a small chance that the battery wouldn’t charge and that was the result.The products green light came on when plugged in to the mains but when I attached the battery, I got a solid red for a second before it going back to green. If I am to understand the instructions for this product, solid red means your battery is damaged.Of course I will keep the product even though it is currently useless due to the single purpose I needed it for. There might be a need for it again in the future.
