Title: Does work on black tiles!!
Review: I have been looking for a robotic vacuum for a couple of years now and it has been really hard trying to find one where it can effectively work on black tiles. When I have asked if a particular vacuum will work on black tiles, the responses have been sketchy at best. Sometimes a clear ‘no’ and sometimes a ‘should work’. I asked if this one would and the responses were more positive so I bought it. I can confirm this does work on black tiles.The vacuum glides from our cream coloured carpet to the cream coloured laminate floor to the black slate tiles in the kitchen with no issues at all.I also have a cat and the vacuum picks up hair and cat litter. It is amazing.We have had this for two weeks now and have not dragged our standard vacuum out of the cupboard once other than for the stairs!Four of us in the house so we do have to vacuum a couple of times a week normally. Now, we just take this to wherever it is required and let it do its thing. Over the weekend for instance, we were having breakfast whilst a bedroom was being vacuumed! We then moved it to the landing and it sorted that too (and it did not fall down the stairs!).The options on the remote are pretty good especially the spot cleaning where it will clean a smaller area rather then the whole room.It does seem to be quite random where it cleans when cleaning the whole room but that is probably because it is also mapping the room at the same time. It isn’t too loud either.Each time you turn it on, it will map a room as if has never been there before which is excellent as you can use this in different rooms. Also, if your furniture changes in one room, it will be mapped the next time you use it.Edge cleaning is good as the brushes sweep the edge so the vacuum can capture all the bits etc. It is also amazing at picking up talcum powder and the filter stops this flying into the air. The suction power is brilliant. The vacuum just finds its way back to the charging unit when running out of battery or when you use the remote to send it there. It will work for about 1 hour 15 mins on a charge. I have not timed the charging but would say it takes roughly 3-4 hours to fully charge.Our cat was a bit dubious of this at first but a couple of weeks later, doesn’t pay it much attention at all.My final verdict is this is worth every penny (it cost Â£169 in the sale June 2020). The only place we now use a standard vacuum is for the stairs but otherwise, this has saved us a few hours of work each month and the rooms are clean all of the time as you can use this every day if you need to.I am converted as is my husband! Love it and would never be without one now!

Review: It’s a great little gadget for the price and takes the hassle out of hoovering as you can just set up the timer and let it do a run through every day before you wake up. Works well. Mostly. In the beginning I have woken up many times to find it stuck on a cable or under some piece of furniture. It turns itself off if it gets stuck which is good. There is a simple solution to use the tape that comes with it but I didn’t want to use that, so I have put cardbox boxes and loose cardboard under the tables and radiators where it used to get stuck. It’s smart enough to avoid them now. I also don’t leave any loose cables or backpack straps on the floor now so now it doesn’t get stuck usually.It does a good job. On automatic it doesn’t use max power, that you have to do manually but if it’s running everyday I don’t have any need to use max power. I do that sometimes when I put it in the kitchen on the linoleum floor. Obviously it has shortcomings when it comes to hoovering right in the corners and some other tricky spots but they are very few. Using it everyday on automatic, I use the other vacuum about once a month or less to do the countertops and other tricky corners.The remote is good for starting/stopping it but also to drive it to spots you want it to tackle.The reason I had to write this review is because of their customer service. After three years, the battery of this vacuum has been degrading and now it only runs for about 5 minutes on a single charge. I asked a question on this page and some other buyer suggested going to their website. I emailed them from their website and got a response within 24 hours. They didn’t have a battery they could sell me so what they did was that they sent me an almost brand-new vacuum to use the battery from. It arrived in about 3-4 days from their service centre in Germany. It looks brand new, everything shiny and clean, with charger dock, manual and everything else that comes with a new piece. Since it was a complete kit, I decided to just use it rather than take out the battery. Battery replacement is also easy to do, I had seen a tutorial on youtube. But I had the original UK cable for the wall socket, so I can just use the replacement and bob’s your uncle.I don’t think you can expect any better customer service than that.

Review: I bought this cordless handheld vacuum to use around my home in small/tight spaces that the larger vacuum can’t get to. This has also come in super handy for cleaning the cars as well! This tiny, lightweight vacuum is loaded with suction power! The cordless design is so easy to work with, and makes it possible to reach areas that I previously couldn’t. This has a motor that’s ready to suction up everything in one pass. I don’t have to go over the same spot time and time again, it works well the first time. It’s been a huge time saver to me since I don’t have to struggle with cords or go make a special trip to have my car vacuumed. This also comes with attachments to ensure it can get into the tightest of spaces. Charges so fast too, and lasts a long time on a single charge. Great item!!

Review: I was skeptical about getting this as the reviews weren’t from my country but I figured why not. And it didn’t disappoint. I primarily use it to clean my couch when I don’t want to get out the big vacuum. It works great for getting those small crumbs and unsightly dust/dry skin. It would be nice if there was a bit more suction for pet hair, but again it’s really only for in a pinch vacuuming and not meant to replace the big vacuum.
