[See Your Connections] The Avantree Orbit Bluetooth transmitter is the only transmitter on the market that comes with an LCD screen display. No more “blind pairing”; you’ll be able to identify & select which Bluetooth device you are pairing with, the CODEC used, and control the volume on your connected devices.
[Wide Compatibility] Thanks to Orbit’s Digital OPT, 3.5mm and RCA input cables, it’s compatible with every TV on the market. What really sets it apart is the automatic 5.1CH audio conversion; upon receiving 5.1CH audio, the Orbit automatically converts it to 2.0, instantly making it transmittable via Bluetooth, no need to make changes on TV.
[aptX Low Latency Compatible] The Avantree Orbit is aptX Low Latency certified. When (and ONLY WHEN) used with a Bluetooth headphone / speaker that also supports aptX Low Latency or FastStream, it will deliver the ultimate “no lip sync delay” experience, ensuring perfectly synced visual and audio no matter what you watch.
[Works with Soundbar/AVR] The “Pass-Through” feature of Orbit transmitter guarantees simultaneous audio output through the headphones (that are connected to Orbit) AND your external TV speaker such as Sound Bar or Stereo AVR, so that other household members can still hear the TV while you’re using the headphones.
[Two Headphones, Together] The Orbit features a “dual-link” function that allows two Bluetooth headphones / speakers to be connected at the same time; audio will play through both devices simultaneously. Enjoy a late-night movie session with a partner, at your own volumes, without awaking others in your household.

Title: The only one that worked for me.
Review: I wanted to be able to listen to the TV using my headphones via Bluetooth, which doesn’t sound much to ask for but evidently it was almost mission impossible. The bluetooth transmitter that I was using was only a cheap one but sometimes it would reconnect to my Bose Soundlink headphones and sonetimes not at all.Sometimes it would take 30 to 45 minutes to connect and if it dropped out because I went into a tiled bathroom then it took just as long to connect again!I tried BT on first, I tried headphones on first, no difference.Next I tried 3 other bluetooth transmitters, all the same.I started to wonder if it was my headphones but decided to persist for a while longer.Next I bought a much more expensive transmitter, the Mii B03+ my logic being that I could select my headphones on the Mii screen to connect.I had partial success because I was able to connect via the BT screen and the range was longer. I thought I’d finally found a solution but then the audio started cutting out intermittently and despite a reset and some problem solving it wouldn’t stop.I thought I’d try one more purchase and if this didn’t work I would have to buy new headphones.I ordered the Avantree Orbit and it arrived the next day. It was smaller than I expected, which made no difference to me.I connected it up and it found my headphones straight away. I was dubious but started testing.Firstly the range was massive, they even stayed connected in the tiled kitchen which killed the other transmitters instantly.I listened all night and now after a few weeks they’re stil great and haven’t cut out even once.Connection is really fast, they connect in 3 to 7 seconds for me.The main reason I got these was for the screen but haven’t had to use it once to connect (after initial pairing) it just connects automatically. My Bose Soundlink headphones are NOT low latency, and yet I do not see any noticeable lag in audio! I’m happy about that because I was expecting a bit of lag.I nearly threw my headphones out for no reason.I’ve read some negative reviews here, and all I can say is it works 100% for me.The audio is OK for me but I’m only listening to the TV not music, but my guess is that they’d be OK for music with most people. Also, I have it connected by Aux cable. I have not tried the other connection methods.it is powered by a USB A to C cable.Unlike most transmitters it’s not fitted with a battery so they need to plugged in to work. I see this as an advantage. You can plug it into a TV USB port, then it will power on/off with the TV.That’s not what I did though. I plugged mine into a USB-C charger, then plugged that into a smart plug. Now I can say OK GOOGLE, TURN ON HEADPHONES when I want them. You obviously do not need to do that, but if you are a fan of smart plugs then it’s an option.Lastly if you’re used to cheap Transmitters, it’s probably worth mentioning that this is a Transmitter only not a Transmitter/Receiver.Do I reccomend it? Yes definately.I like to buy a known make and I hear that their customer service is pretty good in case of any problems. This Transmitter has solved a constant issue for me that went on for years. All the best.

Title: Excellent quality, bright sound and easy to use.
Review: I was a little sceptical as to whether this unit would deliver the sound quality I required. But it really does, in fact it goes beyond, and he’s very easy to set up. Just to be clear, it will take the sound from one source, and deliver that sound to multiple Bluetooth sources at a high bit rate thus high quality. This is excellent value for money.

Title: Great, but not perfect 🙂
Review: I’ve been using this a while now, it’s pretty handy so I can wfh and partner can watch tv silently in same room or vice versus. Also good to block out neighbour downstairs when they are being noisy, which is a lot. It was super easy to setup as I just used the optical input for sound and the usb connection on tele (actually just a firmware update port but thankfully is a powered USB port) for power. All cables needed were in box which was v nice.In terms of use, it connects really easily and the physical display is super helpful. I’ve connected my EarPods and partners cheapish Sony earphones at same time and works fine. There is a minute delay that if you are really trying you can notice between pic and sound but honestly you would really have to be paying attention to it in an unhealthy way for it to be a problem. I’ve not tried the apx enabled headphones with it but I’m sure this sorts out any delay issues than humans can perceive.Overall really happy with this unit. Nice abs small, does exactly what I need it to. I dropped one star as it it expensive and not perfect (perceptible sound delay and occasional Bluetooth takes a few goes to connect/disconnect).Overall I would deffo recommend though because as far as Bluetooth tech goes you could do infinitely worse than buying this unit and I’d go as far as to say that perhaps there is nothing better available without spending stupid money.I’m really pleased I bought it.

Title: You get what you pay for!
Review: My hubby is a bit deaf. Watching TV with him in the evening was a bit of a nightmare. I use headphones for watching tv on my own all the time as well. This unit sits in front of the TV so there is no blocking of the signal as I have had in the past with units you plug into the back of the tv that you click and press and hold and hope they pair. None of those problems with this one, it is pricey, but …..We can both wear wireless headphones at the same time and listen at different sound levels (bliss for me and no doubt for our neighbours). I faffed about with cheap units for a couple of years when I found out they existed, and put up with the difficult pairing, breaks in sound, annoying sound delays. I can now also leave the room without losing the connection. It came with very clear set up instructions with various options/leads.It is an early Xmas present from Hubby – I won’t mind unwrapping the empty box on the big day …..

Title: Good (…but expensive)
Review: I had recently bought the Avantree Oasis (New Version) but had to return it because of interference problems with my WiFi. Although quite a bit more expensive, the Avantree Orbit works very well, with no noticeable latency. The build quality is decent and the LCD makes for easy use.** One bit of advice when setting up: once you have connected both your headphones, turn off your WiFi router for a minute and then turn it on again. When your WiFi router restarts it will detect the existing signal from the Avantree Orbit and then select an alternate frequency which does not cause interference. This is a once-off procedure that seemed to work for me. **

Title: Background noise when using AUX input.
Review: Product looks good and well made. Pairing with my Bose headphones took too long. Once paired, the background hiss, when connected via AUX input, is so loud that it renders the unit unusable. Returned for a refund.

Review: Been using this unit for about two weeks. So far so good! Simple setup, tangible quality, good value.I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to use two pairs of headphones in their home theater system, gaming, movies, etc performance has been great and no noticeable delay issues. You can use your own bt headphones with this unit, I have paired four different headsets and all work great . I am using the supplied optical cable connected to the ARC output on my TV. Instructions could be better for more complex audio systems, but there’s videos on you tube that may fill in the blanks for some.

Review: TCL makes good inexpensive, smart TVs. Unfortunately, mine did not come with Bluetooth, so the only way to connect wireless headphones was to use the 3.5 mm audio out jack. Doubly unfortunately, is that plugging in the plug, shuts off sound to everything else. Wanting to use headphones (due to getting hard of hearing), this design by TCL was frustrating. I couldn’t use the normal HDMI/ARC/CEC output to my Klipsch soundbar at the same time. THIS great little device is the SOLUTION! Just plug in the provided USB C power cable to the USB port on the TV (to power the Avantree), connect the TV to the Avantree using the included OPTICAL cable, turn it on, and start pairing your headphones and/or earbuds (supports 2 simultaneous Bluetooth devices). Works great, problem solved. Sound quality is great. Pairing couldn’t be simpler with the LCD display. Once connected and paired, it just works automatically. Powers on and off with the TV, as well. Great little device!
