Review: Bought this after reading reviews, to help my bleached highlights look ok once the toner had worn off. It’s pleasant enough to use but truthfully I’m really not seeing what others appear to be seeing! It just doesn’t make any discernible difference at all. Will continue to use it up as can’t afford to waste it though and it did arrive on time and in good condition
