Review: If you are looking for a full function budget multimeter, this one is certainly worth looking at.My only small gripe with this unit, and it may not be a problem for you, is the illumination function, or backlight. Whilst it works and certainly improves clarity of the display in lower light conditions, it de-illuminates far to quickly. You press the button to use it, obviously you are looking at the unit, then you apply your probes to what ever it is you are measuring, but then the backlight turns off in about 15 secs, which may or may not be enough time to get your reading depending on how easy it is to apply the probes. I would prefer the illumination stayed on for longer, or better yet, an option to have the backlight remain on permanently.The unit is solid and feels sturdy in hand. The probes fit snuggly into the ports and are comfortable to hold. The magnet is strong enough to hang the unit if you can find something to stick it to, but if you use the magnet on back of the unit making a loop, it doesn’t hold it very securely, but I do not think it is designed to be used like that. The magnet is easily removable with a Velcro strap should you wish to. The stand that extends from the back, has a small amount of give, making it slightly less rigid. I like this because should you put the unit down too hard the stand will give a little, rather than being too rigid and breaking. It is more likely to survive an accidental drop. The red silicone outer sleeve actually seems very accurately made, mine came off with a small amount of encouragement (it didn’t fall off easily) and when re-fitted went back on perfectly. I do not know why you would really want to use the unit without, as it offers drop and insulating protection.The pictures are accurate and not mis leading, you get what is pictured and it looks the same as shown.I had a small issue, after contacting the seller, I received a prompt and polite reply that was eager to offer help and assistance, the Issue was resolved very swiftly. Sometimes things go wrong and how we are dealt with, can really change the whole experience.Despite my gripe, this is unit is perfect for my needs. Remembering this is a budget unit, I feel that you are getting a good product for the price point, some people have mentioned cheap construction, but lets be fair, for the price it is well made. Functionality is all there and this unit measures what is states. On top though, my interaction with this seller was friendly and helpful. I am confident that should I purchase something else from this seller and I have and issue, it will be genuinely looked into and I will be offered polite, friendly and helpful assistance (because that already happened).Friends, you can buy with confidence, in my opinion, from this seller.

Title: Perfect tool for electricians or electronics enthusiasts
Review: Measures practically everything electrical and with a high degree of precision and accuracy; I tested it across multiple power sources across my home and it was within 0.1% of the expected for every reading. The auto-ranging feature is great too, particularly when you’re working with sources of unknown voltage or current. Nice backlight feature, strong magnet, kickstand and loop to make use in any situation easy. If you want a good multimeter for general electrical or electronics use, you don’t need to look any further.

Review: I bought this as a spare, in case I need a simple multimeter for testing or small projects.This multimeter is obviously not a High-end meter but with a wide range of functionality – it is a great choice for its price when it comes to doing Home electrical, Automotive (12vdc) electrical troubleshooting, Heater/Boilers troubleshooting (24vac), Solar installation testing and troubleshooting (12-48vdc), etc.· It has a nice and useful magnetic hanger.· It has a stand for the multimeter to stay up (unfortunately, it is a bit fragile – open it carefully).· Easy to use, compact, and has easy to read display.This is not the meter I would use to make sensitive electronics, fine adjustments of electrical components, computer work, etc. – for computer work/repairing motherboards/sensitive components – I prefer something more expensive, multifunctional and more accurate.👉 This meter is also nice because if you accidentally damage it or lose it you are not out much money.✔ Pros:+ Build Quality is OK for the price+ Big screen + Backlit+ Easy to Use+ Affordable✖ Cons:- Fragile kickstand- ’’Glow’’ effect on the right side of the screen- Rigid switch- Beep, Beeep, BEEP (lots of beeping)The reason I am giving this multimeter 4 stars is because the issues with this meter are really not issues to me, or rather: they are not so significant for my purposes – because the situations that cause those issues can usually be worked around and 99% of the things, I use this meter for work accurately and rapidly.Overall, I think this is okay for a lot of home uses especially for the price. Review: I consider myself to be a newbie when it comes to using multimeters and in my experience using this was quite easy. Whenever I need to test something or check a connection, I’d search on Google how to do it and this charm of a device would be pretty straightforward to use as per the instructions.The use of universal symbols to represent things was good as I could quickly carry over instructions I found online and use the device with ease.The relatively low price in comparison to products worth hundreds of dollars is nice as it packs most of the needed features that the high-end multimeters also offer.

Review: So far, I have only used the multimeter a few times for basic tasks, but it has performed well. I would say it’s a good choice for hobby and DIY use, which is what I bought it for.Readings match my other meters and component specifications, so the accuracy seems to be good. The continuity beep sounds quickly, which is useful when looking for connections on a circuit board.It has several functions that I would not expect in a meter in this price range. It even has a K-type thermocouple for measuring temperature and an adapter for testing transistors. (I have not used either of those functions, yet.)I also like that both amperage inputs are protected by fuses that are easily accessible and clipped it. They should be easy to change, should I ever have one blow.The only negatives so far are, that the instructions do not say how to change the battery, so I had to find a video on YouTube that showed the procedure, and the overall feel of the meter is plasticy and flimsy, but it’s no worse than I would expect at this price point.
