Review: Since trying a silicone baking tray, we no longer want to use the old metal ones. What is good about silicone trays. They do not need grease or butter, and do not stick to anything. They withstand all temperatures we have tried and can be handled much sooner out of the oven. They are dishwasher safe and much easier to clean. (Remember not to cut things inside them – turn them out first).Highly recommend

Review: I’m very impressed with these items they are good quality and so handy for baking cakes. Im a very basic baker and these items make me look better than I am. My children love the doughnut shapes even though its the same ingredients they think it tastes better.They are so much easier to clean than metal trays and easier to store too, I think I’ll get alot more use with these and they look really nice too.

Title: Great all round set
Review: I desperately needed to replace my pans and this set came up, I thought it was great value for the amount of things that you get. I was a bit unsure at first as I’ve never naked using silicone cookware but oh my goodness I will never go back to tins. The silicone is actually very sturdy, I had pictures of it spilling over the edge but it keeps its shape. All pans are a good size and shape. Handy that it comes with spatulas too.

Review: La voglia di provare a cucinare cose nuove e sempre più elaborate c’è sempre, quello che manca oltre al tempo è lo spazio in cucina per stipare tutti gli utensili necessari, per questo motivo abbiamo deciso di orientarci verso gli stampi in silicone, sono leggeri e facili da riporre in piccoli spazi visto che tornano comunque sempre nella loro forma originale.Le nostre considerazioni sono state le seguenti, le teglie tradizionali di vetro, di alluminio e di metallo sono più inclini a graffiarsi, rompersi, deteriorarsi ed occupano più spazio.Le teglie in silicone hanno invece diversi vantaggi, non si rompono né si danneggiano, sono morbide al tatto, malleabili, occupano poco spazio e si possono ripiegare facilmente, lavabili sia a mano che in lavastoviglie e resistono alle alte temperature del forno anche oltre i 200 gradi. Si possono utilizzare per la preparazione di cibi dolci ma anche salati come lasagne, pizza, sformati. Le uniche accortezze per non rovinarle è evitare che entrino a contatto con il fuoco, con oggetti appunti o taglienti come coltelli e forchette, per questo motivo nel set vengono fornite le sue spatole anch’esse in silicone.Il set è arrivato proprio nella scatola che si vede nelle foto dove c’è scritto trattarsi di silicone per uso alimentare BPA free. Ogni pezzo è imbustato singolarmente, abbiamo subito lavato tutto con la lavastoviglie come normalmente facciamo con qualsiasi altra stoviglia da cucina ed al termine del lavaggio non abbiamo percepito nessun odore di detersivo persistere sul silicone.Le accortezze che stiamo utilizzando, imparate da qualche video online sono che se le utilizziamo per cibo che andrà conservato nel congelatore è meglio spennellate all’interno con dell’acqua, mentre se il cibo andrà in forno per la cottura è utile spennellarle con del burro fuso. Nel caso di sformati o simili per poterli estrarre senza romperli abbiamo incrociato delle strisce di carta da forno bagnata e strizzata, così è più facile l’estrazione ma anche pizzicando sui lati la teglia si riesce comunque.Visto l’elevata flessibilità di queste teglie è sempre meglio poggiarle sulla griglia del forno e poi versarci dentro il cibo, anche quando li si estrae dal forno è meglio farlo con la griglia sotto altrimenti il disastro è dietro l’angolo. Non abbiamo fatto nessuna prova ma pare sia meglio utilizzare la griglia al posto della leccarda per ottenere una cottura più uniforme.Il risultato finale è il medesimo che avremmo ottenuto con le teglie tradizionali ma con i vantaggi sopra elencati. Essendo per noi la novità del momento le stiamo utilizzando parecchio, ne siamo soddisfatti ed è probabile prendano il posto di alcune delle nostre teglie tradizionali. Con il tempo avremo modo di provarle più a fondo e nel caso si rovinassero aggiorneremo questa recensione.
