Title: Worked fine for a while now will not boot!!
Review: When the box was working it was fine, some screen glitches now and again but seemed OK. However after only a couple of months the box is failing to boot and is stuck on the ADROID boot screen. DId this once before and a reset and reinstall fixed for a few weeks. Cannot even do a factory reset on the device it is just stuck. I would suggest paying more and get something like an NVIDIA Shield. I have one of those and it has been faultless for a couple of years. Only wanted this for a second room.

Title: HD LIVE STREAMING LAG ISSUES.
Review: If you want to use this to watch regular TV shows, movies etc. its good. Problem comes when you want to watch LIVE streaming HD channels, I have full fibre high speed internet connected wirelessly still the streaming is not very good, it frequently gets stuck or part of the screen becomes hazy, I have this box connected via HDMI to my 75″ Samsung OLED TV. I can use my TV remote to control it so that’s the good part as I don’t have to sit with a briefcase of remotes to watch TV. So if you are looking to watch a lot of live HD content, be aware of these issues. Rest is all good.

Review: Currently plugged into an 80″ Sharp tv using HDMI4, TP Link booster, regular broadband and now enjoying full hd movies from apps.Just imagine your TV is now a giant mobile phone so to get the movie or music apps you need to sign into Google Play.You have the option on the main screen to add your favourite apps.Sound using Android box needs to be raised on regular Tv remote and once you go back to regular terrestrial or satellite Tv, lower volume or it will blast your ears off!Hopefully newer models of Android tv boxes will include full Dolby sound but for now it is a great investment.Enjoy movie nights without annoying talkative movie goers, close the curtains, turn off the lights, get the popcorn and nachos out and have a great evening!Test the free HD movie apps on your mobile phone first as some come with ads that are easier to close [x] than others and not as easy on a TV screen.Definitely better than paying sky high prices for certain overly expensive cable tv!Good product, good seller

Review: Never any of these media boxes are the same in interface designs .If you are prepared to add your own apps and interface, you have a good media player.As I only have a 8year old smart tv, a lot of the functionality has declined over the years.Hence, when playing media through usb port, be it from hdd or memory sticks, the tv does not recognise a lot of the codecs used for playing more demanding media.The media box being bang up to date understands most if not all of the codecs for watching and playing media.So…..It’s,External usb hdd plugged into usb port on media box,Media box into an hdmi input on tv.Go to hdmi on tv.Sit back and watch any media, films mostly, on your tv.Box works fine.
