Review: Dishes arrived in great packaging. They are beautiful. A little on the heavy side but love the lip on them. I had a problem with a chip on one of the dinner plates. Emailed the company with the email they provide in the box. Mia on the Customer Service Team responded to me very quickly within 24 hours and shipped me out a new plate which I had in 2 days. She was a pleasure to work with. Also gave me the option of a partial refund but I wanted another plate. I would buy again.

Review: I’ve had these for several months now and am ready to leave a review. I searched for awhile before landing on these because I wanted that handmade type look. The ones I had from another company (H&H) broke easily and they stopped making them (so I couldn’t replace any). These are a nice bluish grey and I havent chipped or cracked one yet, which is a good sign. My only gripe is the plate doesn’t sit flat on the table. It wobbles because the bottom “feet” rings are uneven. I bought two sets of these and every plate does it and it drives me crazy. I feel like it cheapens an otherwise good product. If that doesn’t irritate you then I would definitely recommend
