Review: This is a great little camera. Very easy to set up. We used it when we were on holiday in Italy to keep an eye on our cat here in the UK – no problems with picture quality or connectivity. For the price it’s features are amazing.

Title: Blink Mini 2 with weather resistant power adapter
Review: I like Blink stuff. It does a reasonable job at a reasonable price.I wired up 2 of these to replace 2 Blink Outdoor cameras which are in high locations, to save me having to clamber up ladders to change the batteries.What do I like?I’m quite happy with the quality of the picture I’m getting.I think that the wired Mini 2’s connect rather faster than the battery Blink Outdoors when you go for a live view or something like that.You can use these Mini 2’s on extended live view.Additional field of view, it’s good.Person detection… it seems to improve with time. At first I thought it was useless but over time it seems to be getting better and better.LED illumination on detection and switching to colour night view, that’s very good.What don’t I like?The weather resistant adapter has got a big right angled USB C style plug for the Mini 2 on one end, a UK 3 pin plug on the other end and an adapter fixed in between. You have to drill some big holes to get the wire to the camera outside! It would be much better if the line to the camera was plugged into the adapter by a small straight removeable plug.There’s no early notification facility on the Mini 2 [that I can see] to send a message and generate a thumbnail before concluding a motion clip. I’m guessing it’s probably a conflict with the person detection but it’s something I found useful on the Blink Outdoor cameras and miss on the Mini 2’s.All in all happy with the outdoor wired Mini 2.Looking forward to the UK getting the Blink outdoor wired floodlight.

Review: Great picture, responsive motion detection, audio clear, motion sensor light with any movement is great or you can turn it on and off yourself via the app.Installation is easy enough but the weather proof wire is very thick so either needs to be plugged in outside or drilled through the house. Excellent value!

Title: Blink mini 2 indoor/ indoor camera
Review: I have had blink cameras from there first release in 2016 I have had all the variations of this cameras they have been very good cctv cameras at a reasonable price .This mini Blink two is absolutely horrendous. The picture quality is awful very grainy pixelated and you cannot make out anything on zoom for this to be an outdoor camera will be absolutely useless. This was tested outside in daylight. I would highly recommend you do not purchase this item. I have returned to Amazon for a full refund.
