Title: Good but beware of spices.
Review: I bought this pan as a replacement for my old frying pan.First impressions are good, the pan is light and easy to use, it works well on my induction pan.I have now had the pan for a while and I have cooked a variety of foods in it. The griddle section of the pan doesn’t seem to add particularly strong grill lines into foods, but the non stick certainly works well.I also think that the non stick coating seems to be robust as despite not always using the correct utensils, no damage to the pan has been caused.The only negative I can think of about this item is that if you wash it with strong spices like turmeric, which can dye items, the colouration of the pan and handle can be subtly changed. This is a minor point but just something to be aware of.Although this pan will never be mistaken for a high end pan, it is a good purchase at this price point.

Title: Just a pretty face
Review: Don’t cook above ‘X’ temperature, only use certain oils with ‘Y’ smoke point. I only take these out of the cupboard now if I’m preparing enough to need more than one pan.Food doesn’t seem to stick, but as you can only cook on medium heat, how can it. It also takes forever for anything to cook when doing so at such a low temperature.. I won’t buy these again.

Review: Nach 6 Monaten in konstanten Gebrauch kann ich diese Pfanne bestens Gewissens empfehlen.Wir haben die Pfanne als Teflon Alternative gekauft und sind begeistert.Es brennt nichts an, die Pfanne sieht schick aus und ist leicht zu pflegen.Nur in den Geschirrspüler würde inhabit nicht tun und auch nicht Pfannen ohne Zwischenschutz stapeln.
