Title: Tog rating confusing
Review: I ordered this silk duvet as I wanted a lightweight and cool duvet for the heatwave nights we’ve been having, and thought that the 2-4 tog rating would therefore be perfect. I’m not sure how the tog system works (is it actual weight?) in which case this is a very lightweight duvet BUT its incredibly warm (more like a 8/9 tog rating in my view) so I had to return it as it was not what I was after. I will order a 1.5 tog summer hollow fibre duvet instead as I dont think you can get any natural fibre duvets at this low tog.This duvet would be lovely if you want a lightweight but warm duvet…

Title: beautiful silk but too thin
Review: the quality of silk is great and I like the gauze type casing as other silk filled duvets I bought always 300TC cotton casing, which disturbs softness of the silk, I did not like it. With this casing I feel the manufacturer themselves well know the silk fibre (with cotton gauze, it does not move around much and not heavy), I however found the amount of the silk filling with this duvet is far too low, too thin. I wanted and expected at least double or triple amount thickness for 2-4 tog. If only the thickness is like the photo, I would have given it a more than 5 stars top mark, just it is sadly thin! If someone likes really thin one, then it should be lovely.

Title: superlight summer duvet – perfect and bargain
Review: This took a long time to arrive (sea shipping from china) Worth the wait. Incredibly thin and light. With a duvet cover on it still weighs nothing and great for summer. Still keeps you warm if the temperature drops. Couldnt give 5 stars as it had an awful smell on arrival – Despite instructions I chucked it in the washing machine and line dried it – good as new.
