Title: Terrible
Review: This is an absolutely dreadful iron. I’ve had 2 in the last 6 months – both returned as faulty. The first one after 3 months kept dripping scalding water everywhere. The second had a faulty electric connection so that I would press the button to emit steam and nothing would come out. An absolute car crash of a product and nothing like as good as the previous model with the adjustable temperature control. Worst bit – even though both were bought and fulfilled by Amazon UK, they actually came from Slovakia, so when I had to return them, they both had to go back to Slovakia at my cost (to be reimbursed by Amazon). The first one took about 3 weeks to get delivered back; the second one is still stuck at customs 2 weeks after I sent it. Absolutely AVOID!

Review: Es ist schon unser 3tes Bügeleisen von Kärcher( in 30 Jahren) wir sind sehr zufrieden, obwohl es eine Eingewöhnung gab, wegen des fehlenden Temperaturreglers. Das neue macht alles automatisch. Und es klappt.Wir werden dabei bleiben.
