Title: Crushed in tiny bits
Review: This is a hard powder . Used for years , opened it half fell on my carpet as it was all broken and crushed . Is use able . This is an expensive powder . Will never buy on here again .

Title: Arrived smashed. Cannot get in contact with anybody.
Review: Arrived smashed to bits. Even so much that the mirror is shattered. Says to get in touch with MAC so did that, MAC can’t help and says get in touch with Amazon. Cannot speak to anyone at amazon can only create a return or replace which either way I have to go out of my way to return even though it will get thrown in the bin as the product is no good to anybody. Absolutely ridiculous.
