Quality
Made from 1mm thick heavy-duty carbon steel, this premium quality tin has two layers of Quantum 2 professional non-stick so not a crumb will be left behind, is oven safe up to 240°C and, because there are no rolled edges where water can collect and cause rust damage, it can go in the dishwasher for effortless clean-up.
Performance
Offering superb heat distribution, it will retain its shape during cooking, and the large handles with sure-grip silicone inserts make it easy to get it in and out of the oven.
No rolled edges
The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust – making them completely dishwasher safe.

Title: Great if you like making things small
Review: When this arrived I did wonder to myself why I bought it in the first place lol, but I thought I’d give it a shot anyway. I don’t have a big appetite and don’t eat much at once, so making mini versions of things suits me brilliantly, and I love making ‘cute’ small things. I used this to make mini banoffee pies (mixed success – was not easy getting biscuit base back out of the little holes despite the non-stick coating), and little shortcrust pastry ‘pies’, and little quiches. I love it and I’m very glad I bought it now.Great quality as always from Lakeland.

Review: Excellent tray. Have made mince pies in it. Came out of the tin perfectly. Followed the tins instructions first. Greased it with melted butter and waited for them to cool a little before removing them. The pusher/ dibber made it so easy to line the tin. Saved time on rolling and cutting. Can’t wait to try so savoury treats in it.
