Title: Fantastic air fryer- better than Ninja at fraction of the cost
Review: I had a Ninja, it was good but for value for money this Gourmia is excellent. It is a good size but not overly bulky. Good settings that are easy to understand and the food tastes sooo good! It is a fraction of the cost of a Ninja, so easy to clean too. An all round excellent air fryer

Title: Very nice item, but lacking any UK support
Review: Nice build quality and attractive design. Capacity is good compared to similar items. Price is very good for what you get. Cooked some frozen fries and they were sensational, so much better than the oven and cheaper on electricity too. Also good for wings, frozen chicken grills, frozen fish and fillet steak although you won’t get the same sear as with a pan. Controls are straightforward and the drawer and crisper are easy to clean, but I would stick to hand washing. Only downside is this is sourced from Costco and the manufacturers have confirmed to me that there are no spares or warranty in the UK. So not clear what longevity this item will have so loses 1 star. In the meantime enjoying using it.

Title: USED, SECOND HAND PRODUCT, Dirty and greasy
Review: An unsealed box, not wrapped well internally and obviously been used, greasy and dirty stains, can see where someone has cooked and left grease along the rim, finger prints all over and smears, HOW CAN THIS BE SOLD AS BRAND NEW. I will be returning and getting a full refund… the metal rack is full of grease and even rust!!! Disgusting SEE ALL PICTURES, be warned!!

Review: Did not have the pre-used issues some people reported. All listed accessories were in the box. It is easy to clean, but then I don’t leave it sit around to long after use. The large display is easy to see from across the kitchen. It only has 3 presets, but if you are used to Air Fryers, you shouldn’t use presets because different manufacturers use different time and temps. The one big issue is according to the GOURMIA owners manual, this product is distributed by Costco. They did not acknowledge my product registration when I listed I had purchased it through Amazon. The written warranty explicitly says it is only valid if product is purchased through an authorized seller and you have to provide proof of purchase.
