Review: Works nicely for subtle results following instructions for me so far. I have brown hair but it’s bleached to blonde (approx level around 10) with lighter highlights. My first attempt with only a few drops in a normal amount of conditioner failed, However my hair is longer than bra strap length so I tried to use over 10 drops (so be aware of the length of your hair before using) in enough conditioner to ensure a full coating (probably triple my usual amount. Having used a previous premixed product I figured that the colour the mixture I needed was approximately the colour my would be hair dyed and that was correct. No idea on longevity yet. I love pink and lilac for me, but lilac tends to wash out blue then a horrid greenish hue and look nasty (tip….I found that pink covers that up if you’re in that position)

Title: Defective bottle.
Review: I’ve tried drops before with no issues but this one didn’t work, I put it on my lightened hair as instructed, just a small amount as I wanted a pale purple and it turned all sorts of colours. The colouring is uneven and it is blue in some areas. My hair was a yellow tone with purple tips, now it’s orangy pink with blue and purple. I attempted multiple times increasing the drops but got similar results. And of course, it’s not eligible for a refund even when I select the item doesn’t work.
