Title: Simple to use and certainly adds colour
Review: This serum arrived in an attractive bronze coloured bottle, with a pump action dispenser.It took a fair number of pumps to get any product out, then I ended up with more than I wanted as it dispensed a little too much.It looks very dark against the skin but I found it spread well across the skin, to create a thin layer of more subtle colour.There’s a hint of shimmer so it’s ideal for that summer glow. In future, I intend to use this mixtured with my moisturizer as this tones down the colour a bit whilst also allowing for the SPF protection my moisturizer affords.On this basis, the 30ml bottle should last a decent amount of time making the price of £12.75, at time of review, decent value for money.

Title: Better Suited to Darker Skin Tones not Fair Skinned People
Review: Isle of Paradise Sunny Serum 30mlThis serum comes in a nice shaped container with a pump action dispenser.The serum is easy to dispense and control the amount needed.On trying this serum it is not what I was expecting at all, I thought I would apply some to my fingertips and smooth it over my skin like a serum and I would be left with a healthy looking bronzed appearance.My first result were, oh this is really dark and felt more like rubbing in the incorrect colour foundation, not good.Since my first try I then used my own moisturising SPF serum and added the Isle of Paradise Sunny Serum to it, in a very diluted tone and had a much better result using it as a tint to my own.I did get a healthy look diluting the Sunny Serum but it isn’t something I would do on a regular basis as you have to make sure you have mixed enough of the product.I have not removed any stars from the rating as it isn’t the manufactures fault that I am fair skinned and blonde haired or that the shade was just too dark for me.

Title: Looked better on shoulders etc.
Review: This was much more successful, using it more like a liquid highlighter on the high points like collar bone and shoulders. And I’m wondering if i’d even use it for that if it wasn’t a free trial.Used in the tiniest dots and blended out, it can look okay. If dotted around the face, it settles and will leave a mark of that dot, no matter how it’s blended out. Don’t try a half-and-half, that line will stay until cleansing.The bottle is its most redeeming factor. Quite a nice pump that can do small amounts with a half-press.Personally, I didn’t find it skin perfecting on my face. It settled into creases and open pores making me look grubby. Maybe blemish-free tween skin?

Title: Definitely not for fair skinned people
Review: As others have mentioned, this is extremely dark. It’s more like tanning lotion than bronzer and it just does not look good unless you’re already olive-skinned or darker. I found it very hard to work with and disliked the consistency.The only reason I am not rating lower is because I believe this would be effective for something people and a little goes a long way…though far too long if you’re naturally pale.
