Title: Surprisingly Brilliant
Review: Lip balm. It’s one of those little things you don’t remember you need until you REALLY need it, then you can’t find any.Like most people, I’ve had a whole bunch of different types, brands, scents, flavours… over the years, and I typically use the little tins that you swirl your finger around in. But that just feels unsanitary these days, so when I finally remembered to add lip balm to my shopping list, I thought I’d give these little beauties a go.Firstly, they held up amazingly well through an incredibly humid heatwave – they got a little soft, but didn’t melt or crumble like other (better known) brands have in the past. So a massive tick there. And yet, though they remained solid, they were never too hard or “pully” on my lips, always applying smoothly and evenly.Typically, with you have a variety of scents, you’ll find a couple of weaker candidates – not so with this set, though. I was surprised at hoe much I enjoyed each scent, including the aromas I typically avoid such as “Tangy Citrus” which is, actually, very pleasant to wear first thing in the morning!Finally, they feel lovely and silky on the lips, not greasy at all, and that feeling lasts for a good couple of hours, even through meals and drinking. In fact, I’ve applied one of these before going to sleep and have still had reasonably good coverage remaining when I woke up.All in all, this is one of my favourite things that I’ve bought this year. I don’t typically rave about something as commonplace as lip balm, but these really are lovely – even my 15 year old, aspiring-to-be-manly son has fallen in love with them, squirrelling away the vanilla one.

Review: The product is not bad, the ingridients list is pretty good but its definetly not revolutionary. I’ve been testing the vanilla one and the scent isnt amazing to be honest it dosen’t smell like vanila at all so its a good fragrance free option.

Review: I don’t wear any cosmetics, but I do use basic face/hand cream and lip balm every day. I wouldn’t normally rave about such an ordinarily mundane product, but these lip balms are SO amazing, they should really be the best-selling brand. I’m still somewhat sk/ceptical that the product contains all natural ingredients, but that’s what the packaging says, and this was the main reason why I bought this product. I was fed up of seeing the list of artificial ingredients on other lip balm products, even those that tout themselves as ‘organic’ and ‘natural’, as ultimately you are swallowing most of the product The quality of the lip balms is just as good as any other leading lip balm – it doesn’t go soft, no separation of ingredients, no distortion. It lasts a decent amount of time on the lips, and the whole stick lasts as long as other balms I’ve used – a good few months with regular use. I will definitely re-order another pack, although it would be good to see a UK manufacturing option as a more environmentally friendly option to avoid shipping the product across the Atlantic. This latter point is the only flaw for Skyorganics to me.

Review: I bought these thinking they may be a cheaper alternative to the original burts bees, but they arent really. I like burts bees because it lasts a long time and its matte, but these come off easily and are a bit glossy which personally im not a fan of but i might be being picky cause im a loyal fan to burts bees. they smell good though

Review: Update, these lip balms are so good I have made a second purchase.I’ve been using lip balm for the last 30+ years and my son pointed out that many lips balms use petroleum, artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners that ain’t good for you, so after doing some research for a lip balm that is chemical free and cheap and my son suffers from dry lips aswel I decided to try the USDA Organic Lip Balm by Sky Organics and I have to admit these are the best I have ever used they are in a league of there own, they work very well on my dry lipsand dont have to use as much as other brands,the flavours Tahitian Vanilla, Tropical Coconut, Eucalyptus Mint, Cherry Bomb, Tangy Citrus and Strawberry are just perfect.The best bit is they contain no NO chemicals, NO petroleum or petroleum derivatives, NO fillers and No soyMade with Organic Sunflower Oil, Organic Beeswax, Organic Coconut Oil, Vitamin E, Organic Rosemary Extract, Organic Calendula and Natural Organic Flavors.These are by far the best lip balm you can get and would recommend.Please click on the “Yes” button below if this review has been helpful thank you.
