Review: I didn’t really have high hopes for this sander given the price and features, but actually it’s much better than I thought. It has a single speed and isn’t particularly light or quiet, but it does the job and I managed to sand down the entire side of a house (wooden cladding; sanding brickwork would be madness) without it breaking a sweat.There are some minor negatives, but nothing that I’d drop a star for: I’m slightly nervous about the loading arm, which is a single piece of plastic that feels like it might snap if you force it too hard, and the adjustment wheel takes a bit of trial and error to use. The motor also sticks out a little far on one side so sometimes you’re forced to use the sander in an orientation that you might not prefer, but this seems to be common to virtually all belt sanders, so it’s not something that I’d hold against it.The positives certainly outweigh these and I found it comfortable to use for long periods. Spending nine hours up a scaffold with a sander is not something I’m keen to repeat (although I still need to do the other side of the house) but it never once felt like the sander was fighting against me, and the handle position made it easy and accurate to use.

Review: Initial impressions were good, decent weight and felt quality. Unfortunately on the first job, sanding down a table top, the rubber grip around one of the drive shafts split rendering the whole tool useless. Very disappointing

Title: Great addition to tool kit
Review: Great for heavy jobs I personally thought slightly heavier than expected, but does job well, doors and size reductions without issue, replacement belts were a bonus as tended to go through quite quickly, but for cost well worth it.
