Title: Excellent Blender
Review: This is a review of “Philips 5000 Series Blender – 1200W Motor. ProBlend Plus Technology. Dishwasher-Safe Parts. 2L Capacity. Black (HR3030/00)”Coming from a quality brand such as Phillips it is perhaps no surprise to discover just how good this machine is, it’s fantastic.It looks great for a start, really sleek and quite big – no so big that it’s inconvenient but big enough that you know it means business.Three speeds plus a pulse mode – really really powerful even with ice cubes.I am perhaps too used to my normal (well-known brand initials NB) blender which is a much less substantial machine but fine for most of my smoothies needs. This one is an a different level and I will probably keep it for savoury food use only.Instructions could be a bit more wordy and a bit less graphical, but it’s not hard to work out the operation.A superb all-round machine that is impossible to fault.Recommended.- – – – – – – – – -Note: As a member of the Vine program I was supplied with this item free of charge. Title: A beast of a blender
Review: This is a big, powerful machine. It is heavy so you will want to store it somewhere that doesn’t need a lot of reaching. However it is tall so, in my case, just manages to sit on my worktop under wall cabinets. The glass jug is very solid and looks robust. The cutting blades are detachable and can be put in the dishwasher along with the jug – this is very useful.The instructions are awful. Instead of providing text which only speakers of that language can understand, everything is in pictures, which nobody can understand. There is a QR code to download an additional document. Following this you get a digital copy of the same dreadful hieroglyphics.The most important thing is that it is a very good blender. It makes short work of blitzing a soup. I can’t wait to try making a frozen dessert with fruits from the freezer and yoghurt!

Title: The Jar Is Glass Not Plastic
Review: I ordered the Philips 5000 Series Blender. As expected, this is a top quality blender and a lot more powerful than my previous one. I was very pleased to find that the jug is made of thick glass and it is actually quite heavy. The base has rubber suction feet so that it doesn’t move while you are blending. I have just made a banana smoothie and there was not a single chunky bit of banana in it, even though I only blended for a minute. I like the lid which has a built-in rubbery sealing rim and I like the little cap which is also a measurer. You also get a stirrer which is just the right height to miss the blades. This is a fantastic blender and will be money well spent. I can definitely recommend it.

Title: Super poweful
Review: This blender is brilliant, it is very well made and looks very smart on my kitchen worktop. The best part is the performance, it makes light work of anything and everything.As soon as I switched the blender on I was impressed with the speed at which it blended, then I realised it had another two speeds. The fastest speed is blisteringly fast and absolutely decimates anything you put in.It’s a good size, 2 litres, plenty big enough to make decent sized batches.I always worry with blenders that the lid is going to come off and I’m going to cover my kitchen in food but this thing is very sturdy and everything clicks/locks in place nicely.If you’re after a top quality blender, I definitely recommend this one.

Title: Solid and heavy duty blender
Review: This blender is an absolute beast and everything about it shouts solidity from the heavy glass jar to the solid base, complete with suckers to really keep it secure. It makes short work of frozen fruits for smoothies and comes with a doofer for pushing down those rogue bits and pieces that refuse to get down to the blades.It’s very, very powerful and blitzes through even ice cubes with zero effort. There are three speeds to choose from and a pulse mode for quick shots of blending. The pulse mode is also intended for cleaning, and the base of the jar also comes off to make it very easy to clean in the sink or dishwasher.It’s a smart looking piece of equipment too and looks good in a modern kitchen without taking up too much space. It’s not exactly small, but you get professional level blending without the need for a huge industrial looking unit on your worktop. It feels so solid and well made that you can be confident this will last. Absolute unit of a blender.

Title: It makes great smoothies
Review: This blender is very simple to use and the good part about it is that it is also relatively silent which is what I was looking for. Straight out of the box I just gave it a good clean and then I started to make my regular smoothies and so far it does work as I have expected. Sometimes I put very small pieces of fruit, this blender is able to transform them into paste basically and it makes everything all together very well also considering the power that it has. The size of the jug is 2 litres and for me this is more than enough because I don’t make smoothies more than 600 ml. I have also tested how it works when I put frozen fruits and everything is just fine and only once I have made tomato soup and it came out liquid exactly how I wanted.Cleaning process is very simple, I just take the drug and add a bit of water and then I put it back on the blender, I set it on the first speed and I leave it to work for around 20 seconds and after this I rinse it and leave it dry.Another important feature is the fact that even when I put frozen fruit and also two spoons of peanut butter, the blender is stable enough on the table and so far I have managed to get all types of smoothies that I make exactly how I was expecting so for me this blender is more than fine.
