Title: Amp plug for British Standards
Review: I was a bit annoyed as there was no amp plug for British plugs I had to buy one which was a three pack for this machine . I know it said European but surly amp plug should have been put in.Anyway my coffee machine is great apart from the little annoyance.

Title: Very unhappy
Review: I reported this as broken the day I got it delivered, Amazon accepted this.As it turns out I had to send it back myself which would have cost around the price off the unit.As you can see I took it apart myself, it was the clip that holds the thermostat wasn’t in place so water was just seeping out.So now it works with no help from amazon or the German company that sent me it.

Review: Bought this as a Christmas present for my husband and upon opening it it has an American plug on it instead of a British 3 pin plug so unable to use it until shops open to get an adapter.

Review: Sold in England but comes with a 2 point plug instead of the three point needed for the UK. Need to get an adaptor for the plug to even use it. Very disappointed in that regard.
