The flan pan measures 25 cm (10 inches) across and 3 cm (1 inch) deep. This versatile size makes it great for shareable, savoury quiches and flans, as well as sweeter indulgences like apple and blackberry pies, and custard tarts.

Quantum II non-stick coating is 100 per cent BPA, PTFE and PFOA-free. Fridge, freezer and dishwasher safe. Really easy to clean by hand. Heat safe to 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit).
