New ergonomics: the caulking gun MG 200 ERGO
wolfcraft has redefined ergonomics when using silicone and acrylic with the MG 200 ERGO. The cartridge gun is made of sturdy and rigid fibreglass reinforced plastic and offers sufficient pressing force for all common silicone and acrylic cartridges. Pressure of 125 kg can be produced almost effortlessly thanks to the efficient lever transmission. The rubberised handle shaped to the contours of the hand enables comfortable and fatigue-free operation. The highlight: the new, ergonomic cartridge gun is equipped with a rotating grip sleeve for optimal correction of the angle between the tip and joint by the leading hand. This means that even long joints can be grouted in one go.An automatic drip-stop function prevents undesired leaking and oozing of the material when the handle is released. wolfcraft attached great importance to sturdy materials and solid workmanship during the development of the MG 200 ERGO in order to offer the end users an ergonomic solution that can handle repeated use over time with ease. Durable companion for repeated DIY use
The MG 200 is ideally suited to handling silicone and acrylic in 310 ml cartridges. The cartridge is simply inserted into the gun from above. The tip of the cartridge is then opened using a suitable knife.
The pressure required to squeeze out the material is then generated manually via the ergonomically shaped and rubberised grab handle.
wolfcraft ensures optimum force transmission here with an innovative mechanism so that minimal force has to be applied – this is a big advantage, especially when using the caulking gun for long periods of time.
The low weight of just 310 g also contributes to fatigue-free operation.
